    yep, that's it.
    i did this in my first 2 years of training, most of the time i wasn't even on a surplus, and gained a lot of muscle mass
    of course as a noobie most things should work, but i know from experience this one works.
    also i didn't deload as much as i think i needed..

        thats just min max shit going through the full body once a week is fine. 3 days working out. 6 days is better gains but diminished returns.
