      I just do dips, pushups, and kettlebell swings. It's super fun seeing the progress. Like barely being able to do 5 pushups to being able to do 20 in a row with ease. I need to work on doing pullups.

    chest, back, arms/shoulders, then legs feel the best for my body, so it’s what i’m gonna keep doing. i found my legs weren’t recovering enough doing ppl or arnold

    i should rest more than once a week but i enjoy the gym so idc

    There's no real reason why both shouldn't work as long as the person doing a bro split is also doing compounds and pushing themselves close to failure.

    Deliberately doing abs everyday is dumb. Those should be hit by other exercises.

    Technically metabolic stress/EIMD (micro tears in muscles) is all anyone needs to make progress.
