Doing squat or dl at 2 or less is moronic, I understand hitting triples for prs or on a working set but man I crank my neck sleeping I'm not trying to slip a disc that's literally the most permanent injury there is.
>"joggers could be here" he thought "I've never been on this Strava route before. There could be joggers anywhere." The cool wind felt good on his sweaty polyester covered chest. "I hate joggers" he thought. Sweet dreams are made of these reverberated his Bluetooth earphones making them pulsate even as the $2 electrolyte drink pulsed through his powerful thick veins and washed away his (merited) fear of joggers after dark. "With a good foundation of cardio, you can go anywhere you want" he said to himself, out loud.
It's a humbling exercise. I had a orm of 70kg on ohp, I was doing 5*10 with 55 kg. Due to working out at home, I started with standing ohp and was doing only 5*8 with 40 kg. I'm up to 5*12 now, it's actually much better for the lower back and I get a good pump in my shoulder. What do you consider dangerous?
Deadlift
Maybe if you have a twink back and try doing something stupid like throwing on too much weight with shit form.
That’s exactly why I love the deadlift. It’s an IQ and DYEL filter.

So, you have no gains, your back hurts a you have low iq. Ok.
there's a reason why it's called the DEADlift
All of them if you're stupid.
> kills more gym users than any other exercise
> chest muscles literally only for looking good no practical use
> nothing personal kid
>chest muscles literally only for looking good no practical use
droopy bencher breasts and folded on chest locked posture are disgusting though
I literally never see people ever do bb ohp is that why so many people have shitty ass shoulders overpowered by their chest?
>oh I'm not gonna ohp in the squat rack
Vs.
>frick you Black person the straight ezcurls are never open
Any dumbbell press going too far down is gonna frick you up at heavier weight. Notice how it untenses everything and breaks form.
Running.
>parks are full of Black folk
>neighbors are full of pitbulls
>streets are full of cars
"I've never been in this neighborhood before" he thought as he picked up the pace

Literally full out sprinting is easier on your joints.

homie that’s an incline bench press
If you tighten your abs, serratus, amd pinch your lats it isn't that bad. No other press for mid delts btw.
>it's another zoomers are afraid of deadlifting thread
Bench Press

Anything involving these.
