    It's a humbling exercise. I had a orm of 70kg on ohp, I was doing 5*10 with 55 kg. Due to working out at home, I started with standing ohp and was doing only 5*8 with 40 kg. I'm up to 5*12 now, it's actually much better for the lower back and I get a good pump in my shoulder. What do you consider dangerous?
