Does this even work anything? I do these standing on bicep day, but I feel like supporting the back part of your arm would make it easier and not work it as much.

Are you kidding? It makes the exercise exponentially more difficult
The vid of the guy snapping his bicep was because he was roided and his tendons couldn't keep up with the growth. If you're a normal fat that isn't ego lifting, you should be fine.
It puts a bit more focus on the short head of the bicep. Only risk is if your ego is too big, and you can't drop the weight. If this is the case then you deserve to have your biceps torn.
I highly recommend you add this to all your bicep workouts because it is prob the best possible thing you can do. I've lifted for 2 years and never did it, always standing barbell or sitting concentration curls and then I added this instead and after 2 months I noticed insane growth on my biceps like to the point where I am changing all my isolation exercises to variations where I get a good stretch because the science fgts seem to have gotten smth right for once.
Although I do it with a dumbbell one arm at a time, currently hitting 30lbs for 12 reps so gonna move up to 35 soon.
I know we have all seen the video of that roid troony tearing his bicep up but I mean it feels great to me even at the deepest stretch and I think if you natty that shouldn't happen provided you use proper weight and form.
There's a guy at my gym that drags the ez curl seat to the cable tower and spend 30 minutes working curls, zottmans, and god knows what else.
And yes, there is an actual nautilus preacher machine in the same gym- no he's never used it.
Usually when you push against something it will not be with your back vertical and your arms neatly at 90 degrees from it, you'll be leaning into it. Bill Starr's original big three had incline press for a reason, for massive hog of football players to push other massive hogs of football players airborne the incline bench is more useful
Landmine presses may look homosexual but they can be more athletic because of asymmetrically loading. The trouble is that it is not as easily loadable as the incline bench, nor can it be done with as strict standards.
that doesn't work in reality though because football players don't do incline. no athletes do incline. they do flat bench, ohp and push press. incline press is halfway in between flat and ohp and worse than either. no athletes do it. it's pointless from an athletic training perspective.

moron
seethe
destroyed op with facts and logic
Shrugs
Forearm curls
Tib raises
Every DYEL at my gym sits on this for 20+ minutes.

This moves the hardest part of the exercise to a more stretched position, which is probably better
It’s a great way to snap your bicep
If you’re a DYEL and an ego lifter maybe
Are you kidding? It makes the exercise exponentially more difficult

This 3 month dyel thanks you
>I feel like supporting the back part of your arm would make it easier and not work it as much.
that's not how it works anon. Resting the arm just means your front delts can't assist, you're trying to work your biceps

>on bicep day
Hahaha ikr the dyel doesn't even split the biceps days into two for the upper and lower heads

>do you even lift lifts
???
Yup. Incline Press is 100% DYEL
I suspect he means the low weight in ops pic because obviously inclije bench if frickin kino.
>inclines are a DYEL lift
Which is why OP has no visible chest.
Incline bench is the most athletic press you can do
>yes more than ohp
Why?

explaane?
Angle & load confluence
frick you incline bench is GOAT
decline bench is shit though
Is there anything I'm missing from incline if I just do flat bench and OHP instead?
smith machine, leg extensions, cable crossovers probably takes the win
pantyboy at my gym
they grow up so fast
