high protein dairy clan wars are one of the funnier things on fit >12.3g of milk protein per 100kcal? ngmi. Now this baby right here is the real deal: 12.7g of milk protein per 100kcal
I follow the grams of protein per dollar measurement. Where I live cottage cheese is the dairy protein that gives me the most amount of protein for my money. And that actually matters, since it adds up over a several years.
There should be some sort of formular that takes into account protein per kcal and protein per dollar though.
u get used to it i literally gagged the first time i ate it now i eat it without anything
You are pussies. You don't need anything to make it taste good. It's delicious on its own. Have a small piece of whole wheat or rye bread with it and it's one of the best meals you can ask for, no prep necessary.
Usually I make a big bowl of one of these for dinner as my carb. Then cook some meat or fish with onions, serve it all with some spinach or kale or broccoli. Like juice and brined cheese also goes well with all of those.
Nori is good cause it’s like 30 calories when you just want to snack on something but doesn’t have much else going for it. Alfalfa sprouts are also pretty good.

i put some honey on top
I add baked oats for some sweetness and crunchy texture.
3 Cups baked oats
1 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Bake at 300F occasionally stirring about half an hour
I eat it as a lunch snack daily, lasts like two weeks
Can also replace the oil and sugar with equal peanut butter instead
Ricotta cheese is full of whey protein and tastes good
