Post S-Tier cutting foods that have excellent macros or near zero calories.
I’ll start:
zero sugar jelly.
>cheap.
>20cal for 1L of jelly.
>huge volume as it’s mostly water.
>extremely satiating.

Excellent macros:
> Rice cakes
> Fresh fish
> Black person flank steak
> Maize
> Beef jerky
> Pork shavings
> Digestive biscuits
> Modified high protein milk
Zero calories:
> Air
This may not be related to this thread but, if you really want a kick that would get you working your ass out, have sex. Nothing naturally spikes your test more than getting your dick wet inside a female hole.
>Digestive biscuits
>cutting
?
>Nothing naturally spikes your test more than getting your dick wet inside a female hole.
False. My energy gets so low and I feel sluggish after nutting in my gf and I lose all drive to workout. it's absurd. Today I made her swallow and same thing
anon what do I do if my dick doesn't work
Depends. How's your diet and lifestyle?
Jello isn't satiating at all. It's also non-food for children and women.
as a general question: how the frick do you hit protein goal but remain under calories? it seems impossible
>eat protein rich food
>for every food low in protein, eat even richer protein sources (mostly lean meats and protein powder)
it's not that hard
the big three would have to be;
egg whites
low calorie protein powder
tuna (canned fish)
beans will also be a good addition
and then I guess you make the switch also to lower calorie sources of carbohydrates or cutting your portions e.g. 2 slices of bread into 1 lower cal bread.
zero fat greek yogurt, egg whites, chicken breast
What are you even eating? I get over 100g of protein in breakfast alone
That's because you're fat. Not everyone eats like an ogre here.
I'm actually underweight but okay man you do you, hope things get better for you anon
A liar then
No way you eat like a Mr. Olympia while being a skelly
Sounds like cope mate.
Post your actual food for the day, I'm curious.
You don't know what cope is.
If you eat 100gr of protein in a breakfast your daily calories should be around 8000
Jay ate 500gr of protein per day in a off season diet and sometimes his caloric intake went as high as 10000
>If you eat 100gr of protein in a breakfast your daily calories should be around 8000
Oh okay you dont know anything about nutrition. Makes sense now
>8000 calories
100g of protein is 400 calories. Jeez.
>100g of protein is 400 calories. Jeez.
Anon obviously eat more than a single breakfast per day.
If he eats 4 times per day it will be 1600 kcal per day. How will he fit 200kcals of both fat and carbs in his diet?
>If he eats 4 times per day it will be 1600 kcal per day. How will he fit 200kcals of both fat and carbs in his diet?
So you are just strawmanning now huh. Nowhere did he say that he eats 4x a day, the same macros each meal, etc etc
If he's breakfast is 100gr of protein it's rational that his midday lunch and dinner will be as high(and probably higher) than his breakfast
Yeah that's not rational, inferred or logical. But you do you anon.
It would be stupid to waste half of his daily protein intake in a single meal.
>cutting thread
>its stupid to eat foods that make you feel full
That makes no sense. You know you dont have to eat an exact number of grams a day right? Someone can just eat more protein whenever they want. Its not like hes limited to say, 160g a day and now he can only eat 60g for the rest of the day
>he says he eats 100g of protein at breakfast
>this obviously means he eats 400g per day
Yeah no
Of protein alone it should surpass the 1800 which is your daily goal.
The only it's even remotely achievable is if OP eats only protein and zero carbs and fats
>Of protein alone it should surpass the 1800 which is your daily goal.
>
>The only it's even remotely achievable is if OP eats only protein and zero carbs and fats
Please, tell me, how many calories do you think are in a gram of protein?
For Gods sake look at the back of a jar of protein powder. Its like 100ish calories for 25ish grams of protein. Four scoops isnt 1800 calories
What are you on you can eat a pound of chicken breast and not break 500 cal and get over 100g protein.
I hate this board.
>i can't do it so its impossible
Whatever man keep your defeatist attitude to yourself
Who said it's impossible?
It's actually very easy, but anon shouldn't been underweight
That's Jay Cutler levels.
You're either obese or a liar
NTA but it's not that hard to do. When i was cutting my breakfast was oatmeal with 2 scoops of protein powder + 500g of skyr which was about 90g of protein
It's not the hard part that concerns me. It's the part about him being a skelly
why? you can get that amount of protein from a 500 kcal meal. Do you think you'll get obese from that?
That's impossible.
Explain how its "impossible"
How is this hard for people to believe? You can't even down 2 pounds of beef without difficulty?
I can easily eat 150 g protein in a meal with beef and cheese and some raw eggs if wanted
My brother in Christ I do this every day, do you weigh 90 pounds? I have to stop myself to try not to eat over 150 g protein in a meal.
>My brother in Christ
Cringe
half cup of oatmeal, 3/4 cup of greek yogurt, one scoop of whey. 400 cals and 40g of protein. Perfect.
This is the perfect breakfast
Been eating this for multiple years with different flavour whey and never get sick of it.
Pic rel
64g protein
64g carb
27g fat
Baaaased
At a certain point you just need to exercise more to let yourself eat more food. To keep losing 0.5kg/week with zero exercise, I would only be allowed to eat 1700 calories per day. It's really not feasible to get enough protein with so few calories.
Lean meats
Wtf easiest thing in the world
Lean meat
Fat free dairy
Whey
>zero sugar jelly.
.
It's like $1 for a package, and in the package is like 2 tablespoons of powder that makes 2 cups of jello. I don't know what they're charging for.
What's the gelatin macros?
>excellent macros
>20cal
>mostly water
by this logic just 1l plain ass water is even more s tier, 0 cal and extremely satiating as well if you drink it all in one go
It’s a completely different experience eating a solid food as opposed to drinking water for satiation.
So? You’re eating less on average which means you’re spending less money on food.
>You’re eating less on average which means you’re spending less money on food.
I don't think that's a valid defense for businesses overcharging for something.
how do you think businesses make money, moron?
Since you're so smart, why don't you make the gelatin yourself from bones and cartilage?
Chicken boulin cubes are a tier. You will find that the sodium from them really makes you feel better when cutting. Plus very low calorie. Just mix with a cup of boiling water.
I should start getting some gelatin in somewhere on my food. idk how though.
Maybe your protein shakes?
I used to melt down old BCAA amino acids in my jelly as an other option if you’ve got some old stuff lying around.
It always boils down to safe option being to cram all the stuff you want into the protein shake. Possibly fancy way to mix it in would be for desserts and cheese, stuff like op pic, desserts and so.
This guy has some good low cal recipes
I am going to try the 1st one this week
peanuts. tons of calories and protein. tasty and healthy
>peanuts. tons of calories and protein. tasty and healthy
Great answer, unfortunately they make me immediately shit myself.
Bad b8.
Shirataki Noodles
Best thing about these is that you van make a ton of noodle recipes that would be way too calorie dense, but because these noodles have frick all calories you can try them.
These can't taste anything like pasta.
If you properly rinse and prepare them they basically taste like nothing. The upside of this is that they absorb all the sauce and taste like that in stead.
They're interesting. Gonna try them with a pasta sauce next.
Apparently these are expensive and can cause stomach blockage because they are all fiber.
>expensive
1 packet containing 200g of these cost €1,29
they're not expensive. Also, you shouldn't eat them everyday, as they are indeed mostly fibre, but a little fibre never hurt anyone, right?
>4 oz has 3g fiber
>men should be getting 30g fiber a day
>can eat 40 oz of it safely and probably more
Maybe stomach blockage for a fatso that never eats fiber lmao.
Its been documented. Its sent people to the hospital. The noodles are indigestible.
Restaurant Depot sells a case of these for like half the cost at the regular supermarket.
These taste horrific, although I don't know if it's because the man who prepared them for me prepared them right or not. Would not recommend.
Personally I don't need satiating foods when I'm cutting, but ill list some healthy ones that taste good
>fish
>yogurt
>fruit and cheese
>salad
>popcorn
>canned soups
>zero sugar
what is aspartame
bacon. perfect keto macros and full of salt (electrolytes). you can literally only eat bacon and lose weight, can't get any easier
Bacon is high pufa because pigs are monogastric + fed grains.
Bacon causes colon cancer but okay
>skyr still not posted
It's hard to beat 18 g of protein in 96 kcal.
God I wish they sold that and quark in burgerland
>It's hard to beat 18 g of protein in 96 kcal
Pretty much any quality protein powder beats it but yeah I get you
>protein powder
its not worth the endless braps
technically not a food but nicotine pouches / snus in general are great for cutting tbh
>drugs
Gaaaay
I like protein powder, eggs and steak.
It works.
Also skim/lite milk
Duromine ciggies laxatives and coffee
