      False. My energy gets so low and I feel sluggish after nutting in my gf and I lose all drive to workout. it's absurd. Today I made her swallow and same thing

    as a general question: how the frick do you hit protein goal but remain under calories? it seems impossible

      >eat protein rich food

      the big three would have to be;
      egg whites
      low calorie protein powder
      tuna (canned fish)

      beans will also be a good addition
      and then I guess you make the switch also to lower calorie sources of carbohydrates or cutting your portions e.g. 2 slices of bread into 1 lower cal bread.

                If you eat 100gr of protein in a breakfast your daily calories should be around 8000

                Jay ate 500gr of protein per day in a off season diet and sometimes his caloric intake went as high as 10000

                If he eats 4 times per day it will be 1600 kcal per day. How will he fit 200kcals of both fat and carbs in his diet?

                That makes no sense. You know you dont have to eat an exact number of grams a day right? Someone can just eat more protein whenever they want. Its not like hes limited to say, 160g a day and now he can only eat 60g for the rest of the day

                Of protein alone it should surpass the 1800 which is your daily goal.

      At a certain point you just need to exercise more to let yourself eat more food. To keep losing 0.5kg/week with zero exercise, I would only be allowed to eat 1700 calories per day. It's really not feasible to get enough protein with so few calories.

        It always boils down to safe option being to cram all the stuff you want into the protein shake. Possibly fancy way to mix it in would be for desserts and cheese, stuff like op pic, desserts and so.
