There is nothing wrong with it, just a little calorie dense.

I don't think it's good to eat that much PUFA. PB2 is okay I guess.

It's just not a good protein source. The amount of protein compared to fat is negligible

biggest one for me was "back squat is the only squat compound that matters"
when zerchers squats are literally better and carries dramatically more to real life applications
it turns out back squats are just a powerfat exercise, switching to zercher squats was the best decision i made

99% of people advocating 1/2/3/4 never achieved it or are light years from doing so.
It turns out the realistic average lifter numbers are actually half of these.

        [...]
yeah, Ive been wondering what was wrong with me for not achieving it after 1 year of gym... then I started to realised that almost no one on my gym achieves it either, nor my friends.

can i use this as a cope for failing my 3rd rep 70kg bench today?

I was just fricking with you. Don't give up.

that was not a wrong statement though
it is not meant to make people give up
it is meant to make people realize they're being memed up with unrealistic goals
1/2/3/4 is a lot harder than it looks, especially if you're not /fraud/ing

no it's not. Christ he was joking and you're legit coping about being too fricking weak to squat 3pl8 lmao

        >realistic numbers are half of these

idk man, squatting and DLing 1.5 and 2pl8 respectively took me 5 weeks

        Anonymous

Idk what you are talking about. I am a 190lb manlet who has been lifting for 9 months, i am currently:

        1/1.5/2.5/2.5 (for reps)

I will hit 3 plate squat and DL in 2 months if i progress slowly.

I hope to hit 4pl8 DL in 6mo to a year.

If you are not in this for the longhaul then sure 1/2/3/4 is unobtainable. But even if you are a dyel manlet like me, you can get it with some hardwork.

Total bullshit. Bench fricks your shoulders up, Squats frick your knees up and DLs frick your back up
