Most of these are wrong, but i would say push pull legs works pretty well, as Long as you adapt and modify the split. so for instance, instead of doing biceps on pull day, i have an arm day where i focus biceps, tricep and forearms, as well as doing a core workout on the fifth day.
I Also do cardio everyday(another dyelism is that you cant grow doing cardio)

The problem with PPL is the frequency. You should be hitting your back 3-4x per week, whereas for most people chest is fine to train 2x. Your legs can be worked 3x per week, with one day focused more on your lower back.
Modified PPL just becomes ULULUL where your middle upper day is focused on back, shoulders, and arms.

You train chest M/F and back M/W/F with shoulder pressing on W. You hit rear delts / traps when you deadlift and when you work back, so they get hit 3-5 times a week, which is fine because they recover fast and have next to zero systemic fatigue.
Working chest/back on the same day is fine.
Working out 3x per week is good for beginners, but I'd just do a full body split with one chest/back/legs compound and 2x isolations for arms and shoulders. I do recommend an upper back isolation per workout. A rhomboid / rotator cuff injury can derail your life.
