I get what you're saying anon, I used to be the same myself up until 26 or so. Rather than not having feelings at all, not feeling much is usually more a sign of being out of touch with your feelings. Hatred and disgust are quite extreme with much subtler origins, and you could potentially get a better sense of the feelings at their origin and never have to let it get as far as hatred and disgust anymore.
To give a personal example I used to experience a lot of hatred and rage before I became more aware of subtler feelings I was having. Usually for me it was feeling slighted in tiny little ways which I'd allow to fester and grow into burning resentments, feelings of apathy in my day to day life which grew into frustrations which would come out as anger directed toward unrelated things, and feelings of mild envy which I'd suppress until they became outright disgust at the lives of others.
I really do recommend learning to feel more, anon. Worst thing that happens is you'll learn more about yourself in the process of trying.
