Exactly. Teaching is a skill in itself. You can be the best at something, but be terrible at teaching it. You can know everything about lifting and be effective at teaching it, while being mediocre at it yourself.

hmmm, I'm a beginner musician, and I thought this was expected of teachers, but I guess I was wrong, huh
It's just that, you'd expect the guy teaching you the second movement of moonlight sonata would be able to play it, you know? But now that I think about it, it does seem optional, like the guy should be good at actually teaching you the correct fingering (haha LMAO LOOOOL HAHA) and watch and guide your progress
on the other hand, how is he gonna teach me to do shit if he can't do it
This. I have a friend that teaches music for a magnet school and they won't even hire you at the school he's at unless you can perform for them at a high enough level, as it should be.

>competitive sport >bro my high school football coach was a master and taught me everything.
Unless you have played on a minimum of D1 level, you have no clue what you are talking about. Most high tier coaches are picked up after their own careers and are strong as shit.
SU guy isn't a has been, he's a never was. A dyel.

>Almost 4 years
Jesus christ
>squatting for four years straight
>still terrible at it
He racks the weight with his weight on one leg. Thats a really good way to get a knee injury
Can someone explain to me why this is bad? I feel like I’ve been doing this for years without any issue.
It's not unless you're an equipped powerlifter
nah it is, you dont want a lot of weight on one leg, it needs to be even
>a lot of weight

this is why I always hop when racking and unracking the barbell
he looks like garbage for someone who has been lifting everyday for this long
"everyday" is an adjective; he means "every day".
"everyday" is an adjective; you mean "every day".
That is a white pronunciation, the real word is urredey.
The memes are real. Femoids really do wear their underwear to the gym.
Also, I feel bad for this guy. I honestly had better glutes when I was 17 and had only been lifting for like 2 years.
I'm a newbie, is he bad at squatting, or what? He just squatted several times, though
