I've become too weak and frail

I've been living a sedentary lifestyle for 9 years now. I've reached a point where I can't walk for more than 7 minutes at a time.
It takes only 2 minutes for my ankles to start burning, and 5 minutes for me to stop feeling my legs. So I end up just using my thighs to lift my feet, and place them forward on the ground.
How do I recover from this?
Every minute of physical activity is hell, my muscles burn at the most basic and mundane physical activity, and I start sweating buckets just by walking to the grocery store near my place.

    Do drugs. Seriously. Pre-workout and creatine bare minimum. After several bouts of illness I was in your position. They can give you the necessary drive to push yourself and recover. If you have no intentions of doing any competitive sports and have the money you should start testosterone injections. For most people it is healthier to do them than to not. Just make sure you don't stop taking them all at once if you have been on them for awhile. It can shut down your kidneys and other endocrine systems.

    The leg burning sensation I'd get after 10 minutes of walking when I weighed 270lbs (122~ kg), completely went away after I lost 20 lbs with just intermittent fasting/dieting. Just drop the fork until you can walk without pain and lose even more weight once you're able to do that.

        I was never this bad even when I the only time I got out of bed was to grab food, shit/piss, go to the store 50m from my flat or go to the balcony to smoke a cigarette. OP is either obese or suffering from some serious disease.

    if you can only do 7 minutes of physical activity, that's ok. but tomorrow, you must do 8. and the day after that, do 9. keep going until you start to respect the person in the mirror enough to treat your body how it should be treated

    >Walk 5 minutes away from your house, take a break, walk 5 minutes back to your house.
    >Build up from here until you can walk 30 minutes to and from your house.
    >Then do couch to 5k and a basic lifting program.
    It will be hard but it will be worth it.

      Not OP and I was never this bad but during the peak of the coof I had an unrelated illness that made me not move very much and killed my appetite. Doctors wouldn't see me because everything was focused on the coof. I rapidly lost muscle, went from being complimented on my pics by girls to being fricking rekt within months and it took forever to build back up.
      Not moving and eating at a deficit with rather low protein is fricking DEATH and if I ever do it again will just get myself euthanized instead of building back up again tbh
