First off 10 lbs of fat is no joke, so be proud of that. Are you counting calories? Get MyFitnessPal or something and weigh out your food and make sure you're recording all your fats well. Also, try to avoid foods marketed as keto alternatives. If you eat a lot of "keto substitutes" like cauliflower crust pizzas etc you'll end up putting on some pounds. Also, cut back on alcohol, even if it's keto friendly. I've never lost weight after a night of drinking, even if it was straight vodka and water. Sleep 8 hours a night. Try to stay more active. Give the Huberman Lab fat loss episode a serious listen, take notes if you can and make a good game plan. Make sure you're getting the micronutrients you need. I lost around 80 lbs on keto (Gained 30 back over 3 years, so here I am again). You can do this anon, just stay dedicated. If you stay on 1500-1700 cal per day the weight is going to start coming off. Also go to a Dr and get blood work done if you can just to make sure.

Easiest way to burn cardio is through sprinting. Nuff said. You need to run. Not jog. You need to exert yourself.
