            King post. I try to eat bare minimum 1 cup oats and 1 cup rice every day. Those are dry measure of course and cook up to more. Might have potatoes too. Plenty of milk and fruit.

    Holy frick man, I was thinking about this last week. Sure, getting a lot of protein is kind of a hassle, but I feel so much better and life is just easier somehow. Completely underrated macro.
