I love long (for me) runs and deadlifts. Been deadlifting 3x per week and running 5-6 miles per day for a few months now and I feel the best I've ever felt in a while.

Is the tap water one just an American thing? Also what fabric should you wear for underwear? This is distressing.

Typically. Depends where you live. Some cities have fricked up water sources. Small towns often have clean water sources.
      Wear cotton underwear.

Are they mocking people who don't workout, drink alcohol, don't get sleep, etc? Because those do lower your test levels. Maybe water and polyester is debatable but the rest is well known.

Do redditors even have sex? Women are often hornier than men

        Anonymous

I'm older (30s) and have had a lot of partners; now settled down with a long term partner. Women are most definitely hornier. I have a sneaking suspicion their partners are not sexually satisfied. if women are not satisfied, their libido eventually drops and they don't want to have sex with you. It's a super well known trope that a woman will be like "I don't want to have sex ever", but then drop their long term partner, and find a new partner and all of a sudden their libido explodes and they go "oh- oh no, it wasn't that I didn't want to have sex, I just didn't want to have it with my ex".
I've been with my partner for a decade, and our sex life went like this: for the first few years, amazing. Post-college, the real world set in and we both got shit jobs. stress from jobs definitely tank libido too. But then we got steady, back to sex, and she just really didn't want it. Almost 2 years dead bedroom.
Long story short, turned out I was an absolute shit lover. She just wasn't getting satisfied. We started opening up to each other, and became WAY more communicative about the bedroom, We would constantly talk about what we wanted to try, whether that last thing we tried was good or not, and it became super fun. Like no judgement, if that sucked lets not do it; never tried X before, lets try it and see if we like it. We were both secure enough to tell each other exactly what we liked/didn't. It sounds not-romantic, but it was the opposite. Focusing on each other became awesome. Her libido AGGRESSIVELY skyrocketed, she would rush home to hop on my dick like every night to the point we had to actually schedule out nights we couldn't have sex so we could do actual couple activities we like to do (board games, hang with friends, watch shows, etc). a little over 10 years into our relationship and we frick more than we did even when in college, easily 3-4 times a week, and I'm usually the one who has to say no.

          Anonymous

this is my experience too, except the dead bedroom ended with her cheating on me. Funny thing is that when she was cheating on me and I didn't know it yet, we actually started fricking again, but it felt kind of different than before, like I was just some human dildo

Honestly I’ve felt happiest when doing as well rounded a routine as possible. Like hiking once a week, 2 days of weights, swimming once and maybe a big run. Getting outside helps too. In addition:
    >liver

    >oats
    >sleep
    >less time online
    >greater number of social interactions per day
    >something new every day

    Explanation for the polyester underwear?

      Anonymous

The broscientist that made the image heard that consumption of microplastics may lower T levels, so he used his big brain to draw the conclusion that merely having plastics in close proximity to your nuts must do the same thing.

      Anonymous

Polyester is apparently a stable polymer but to some extent it must break down into its monomers or possibly other larger or smaller compounds. This would occur more rapidly where you have heat, moisture, UV light, or changes in pH. Such as clothes you sweat into. There were a couple experiments where they’d make slings for rats and mice out of polyester and the finding was a negative impact on T and fertility

Polyesters don't breathe as well as natural fibers. Without adequate ventilation, this can raise your ballsack temperature, which has most definitely been linked to lower fertility/sperm count. Some of these studies have suggested a possibility of lower T as well, but I haven't found one conclusively stating that, since that wasn't what the studies were examining and I'm not spending more than 5 minutes on this.
      https://www.testofuel.com/tf/does-heat-decrease-testosterone/
Even this article, which compiles a few fertility related studies, doesn't show one with a correlation to low t. They're shilling their t boosting product, so they have a vested interest to find one, and they didn't. Doesn't mean it doesn't lower t, there just hasn't been any studies done on hot balls and low t. Choose your own level of risk. Everyone is giving you biased info to sell their product or argument or nuTrad lifestyle, do what you think is best.

Literally high intensity training. When you really give your 120% and go to failure in all sets and don't rest, you get high from endorphins. It's not broscience. It's proven.
Also, completely quit carbs and go full on animal saturated fats

Lifting always gave me the biggest mood lift. I lift actually because I'm more addicted to the mental mood lift than anything. Cardio just exhausts and bores me, but I know part of that is I haven't found the right cardio yet (I mostly run, not my thing). That said, very long but steady days of walking (like a long hike) also make me feel really good at the end of the day, like nothing is better than laying down in bed with aching muscles after you've been doing shit all day, that feeling is divine.
