Is this thread a joke??? What did you expect lmfao, with that amount of literally nothing. When I was 14 I was doing literally 300 squats everyday almost to see some results and I worked on my ABS too. I suggest you'd increase the amount of your exercise and eat more + focus on more than just a few muscle groups.
Tip: stretching helps a lot and it helped me too, if you're a calisthenics enjoyer then stretch a lot to extreme levels and stretch your whole body out (but after workouts preferably)

in my opinion you should start by 25 squats and increasing it by 5 more everytime you workout. It'll reach 100 soon *you should workout your legs 3-4 times a week* and when you feel like 100 is not working for you and you should move on then add 25 or 50.
By a few months (or 6 I assume) you'll reach 300 squats a day in 30 minutes (which is what I do right now, 10 squats per minute).
For chest you should first stretch it out by doing pushups on your table or whatever you can find that is not on the ground, but lifted up. Stretching can build muscle (tested on me when I was young) and then you will have enough strength to do actual good pushups. For it to be easy for you, I suggest you take 2 dumbbells (not matter what kg., or you may take something similar to it) and put them together, get on your knees (you can do it on your knees first for you to get used to it) and do pushups, but the muscle group that you're going to work is your inner chest.
Tested on me when I was a teen and it worked and helped me a lot. I also searched for upper chest workouts on youtube and tried anything that was available for me *i did not have a gym membership* + did something called "scissoring", ik its a funny name but its basically when you put your hands in the Nazi salute pose, both of them, and just cross them left and right.
Also, there's tons of ABS and abdominal workouts out there, I think yk about it too.
You can do donkey kicks to make your glutes grow too and don't forget about your calves by finding stairs, standing on your tip toes and just going up and down and you'll eventually see results.

Biceps/triceps, you'll need dumbbells for that, so I cannot recommend anything if you don't have them, sorry 🙁
