I breached 100kg within 4 months. Pack it up.
checked
>those digits
OP it's never been this over.
what the frick is an exit bag?
only about 5% of male lifters can bench over 100kg so
not including the public, so 2platers are in like the 0.5%
dyel?
95% of my commercial gym can’t hit 1/2/3/4
you sure its a gym and not a elderly home?
Guaranteed the guy who made that has never stepped foot in a gym
You're a joke
I started Bench pressing in June for the first time seriously and I'm almost at 100
You're a fricking idiot, you're too stupid to push yourself, you're weak mentally and a clown
I've been lifting for 5 years and I bench 60 kg for 5
literally impossible
do you have anorexia
childhood malnutrition, severe stress, homelessness, parental abuse, extreme loneliness
these days I live in a hole in the forest like some fauna, with the deer and the rabbits and mice, its way less stressful and I think I can finally grow noe
not giving up, my mind is like steel, my body will soon recalibrate itself to match
how do you post here?
i go to the gym
, i have internet for a couple hours a day
nice
good luck man
thanks man
i get divorce alimentation until I am 21 (in my country divorce alimentation goes to the children until 21 then it stops), i am almost 21 but I can last a while longer than that, not much costs
I eat whatever I like, for protein I eat nut bars, skyr yoghurt, cheese, milk, bread
these are my staple foods, but I am not picky
I'm gaining weight again I think, (good thing), I eat 3000-4000 cals a day, most of it in one big meal spread over a couple of hours and a bit as a snack when I feel like it
I don't do OMAD out of principle or something, I am just naturally drawn to it due to constant outdoor life.
I used to work in agriculture, also went to ag school but didn't finish, I'm hoping to save enough to find some woodland were noone will bother me, i think I'll manage
its a pretty comfy lifestyle, maybe I'll do some errands for cash if I'm strapped, but expenses aren't much if you're feral
Based forest anon, living how humans were intended to.
How do you earn money? What do you eat? sorry to waste your limited internet time
me lifting 1 year still 30kg ohp
I dropped 1.5pl8 on my chest in the spring and now I'm scared to bench
bench with safeties my n
like it just dropped straight onto your chest from top height? did it like bounce on your chest and what was the lasting damage? anyone there to help you? are you still alive?
so how much can you lift?
how much do you weigh?
I've been lifting for a year and a half and only able to bench 50kg. I do not feel my muscles when I train. I gained 10kg but it's barely noticeable. What's wrong with me?
Something is wrong with you. I fricked around with dumbbells for a few weeks when I was a 60kg 15 year old and then benched 45kg.
This was me until I stopped caring about abs and hit a real bulk. Try eating big OP
same, but 8 years. we should just accept our genetic inferiority
80 kg after 1 year
90 after 2
i did 110 kg after 5 years.
just keep grinding.
>95kg bench
>57.5kg OHP
>shoulder pain every time I get close to 1 or 2
go on without me
check hormones
I had 200 total test took it to 1000 recently
my bench went from 120 to 140kg in 3 months of TRT
can i get that in pounds?
Do smolov jr. Ignore the morons in the thread. The majority of your work will seem somewhat light, but it's a shitload of volume. Don't expect magic, but it's still more than likely you'll improve your form drastically benching 4x week for three weeks. Just make sure you're adding some dB rows and rear delt raises after a few times a week. My guess is that your form needs work and getting technique drilled in your head will help
>smolov jr to get a 2pl8 binch
just eat and bench 1-2 times a week
ignore OHP, do more benching and front raises + skull crushers in stead
Nobody cares homosexual
Average bench press of someone that has been lifting for 5 years is 235 lb for one rep
Explain this
I also grew up skelly, 192cm, no upper body strength at all literally the physically weakest kid in high school (but I was one of the top students and I married my hs sweetheart who was a grade above me because I'm or was an awesome guy)
In every such case, it's almost always because you're a skelly and don't eat unless your training is really, really moronic.
I'm guessing you're just a skelly.
Did you look at the pic? I'm going to be at 225 in about a month after starting end of June
And you're all telling me 5 years of lifting average is 235. That's bullshit
Also op must be some Le Euro Le Noble to be such a weak b***h
nah just read skelly and immediately concluded you were weak OP
well you are weak
but you're making progress so yeah disregard
But you're strong? What do you press overhead?
99% you larpers would be clowned out of a gym 100 years ago
Also this is from 4, FOUR, Bench sessions a month (that's once a week for the Le Euro geniuses)
Most people have shit genetics, don't know how to train intensely or are unwilling to do so, do not give themselves adequate rest times, they are not consistent with their diet and other factors like sleep, etc. If you're training very intensely once a week and doing everything else correctly then that's as fast as you can possibly make gains really (not make max increases in a compound lift though, different things) Most people frick around and get dick-all for results.
>I was le skinny kid
No shit, if you don't train you're not going to have muscle. What a fricking moronic thing to say. That doesn't say shit about your genetic potential. The only way to find out is to hit your ceiling
>80 kg ESTIMATED one rep max
your estimated one rep max means absolutely dick fricking zero. Come back and brag about your one rep max when you do it.
>sub 1 year lifter
your gains in this time period do not indicate what your future levels of strength will be. You may find that your gains will drop off a cliff at some point. Sniffing your own farts about your strength before you actually reach your goals reaks of arrogant noob energy. You are so underdeveloped and think what everyone is saying is bs because you think you're going to continue to shoot up in strength in a linear fashion forever. So cringe. Come back when you hit the 5 year mark and assess your genetics then, homosexual
You don't know who you're talking to, homosexual. Go assume trash somewhere else.
You're also fricking dumb
Struck a nerve eh? Good, gotta take that ego down a bit, lest you become a 1 year insufferable noob that thinks he's Mr Olympia.
I apologize for writing that
I appreciate that you took the time to write that response, you were wrong on some stuff and assumed a lot but you did a good thing
I have add
If the world could only see the real me, everyone would love me
>192cm
You're tall
It's the only thing I have going for me in life
Also you're fricking wrong
I dont need to be knocked down, you read that wrong
I dont thubj I'm strong, I think in weak, like almost everyone here. How much do you press? My point was that you can make progress if you focus are disciplined and eating enough
Not once have I misrepresented myself as a strong guy. I am proud of my progress but I always tell you I'm between novice and intermediate on all lifts. I've never been anything other than clear on that
I actually lift at 4 am because my lifts are so weak. I can't wait to hit 1 2 3 4 so I can lift around the real people
moron, don't look at only the bench numbers, but look at your weight/bench weight ratio
i've been lifting for 3 years and i can do 31kg dumbbells for 10 reps, which is intermediate level for my weight (65kg)
i'm more than certain that people who bench 100kg within months are just fatties or really tall
unironic question: when people say they can bench press X kg, do they mean in one rep (PR) or do they mean the normal 3 series of 10 reps each? Bc that is very different
one rep max you stupid fricking Black person. and its also exaggerated by usually around 20-30% and its only a calculated theoretical max they havent even done it.
that is fricking moronic. That's why people look me weird when I say I lift 50kg in press bench. I mean yeah it's still quite low, but I always do 10x3 reps and I'm a begginer.
right? PRs seem like a stupid concept. It's about how much you lift on a normal daily basis, in your routine
I say my working numbers.
Probably never going to attempt one rep max - too risky.
But wouldn't trust other people. Normies can just straight up lie about it.
this but almost 3 years. I'm short and like staying slim. so be it.
2 years is nowhere near enough to bench 2 plate if your starting point is poor. Most people will not have good enough mind/muscle connection to effectively target the pectorals and a bench press has plenty of weak points during progression.
The people claiming they hit 2pl8 bench in 4 months are either genetic freaks or lying through their teeth and I think we both know which one is more likely here.
ive been lifting 6 months and i bench 155 for reps. do you guys think i can bench 2pl8 for 1? im too scared to try :3
2pl8 is like 80kg and I doubt less than 2% of the people in your gym can bench 2pl8 let alone 2.5pl8
2pl8 is 100kg genius.
2pl8 is 80kg. moron.
You got meme'd hard mate. When you bench the bar with no plates does it weigh nothing at all? No you spastic it's a set 20kg for Olympic bars and 15kg for women's Olympic bars, even in competitions they include the bar.
>When you bench the bar with no plates does it weigh nothing at all?
once you set up the counterweights on each end of the lever the weights balance out and the bar is effectively weightless
did you skip school?
>once you set up the counterweights on each end of the lever
Who is discussing counterweights you moron? Do you legit think 20kg along with the downward force just magically disappears? Weight is weight.
IGNORE THE TWINKS,
BENCH 3 TIMES A WEEK,
HEAVY LIGHT MED,
TRAIN TRICEPS, REAR DELTS AND SOME OHP FOR FRONT SHOULDERS,
YOU WILL BENCH 100KG MY FREN
I just showed you a 6 month progression to 100kg by benching once a week
Dude it's all pointless, lifting, working, self improving, going out with friends, everything. You will never make it and you will never live the life you thought you would live.
The younger generations are realizing early how fricked they are compared to the older gens.
Things weren't like this ten years ago, but they are now and they will only get worse.
You should order more food, you fricking twink.
