How do you earn money? What do you eat? sorry to waste your limited internet time

i get divorce alimentation until I am 21 (in my country divorce alimentation goes to the children until 21 then it stops), i am almost 21 but I can last a while longer than that, not much costs
I eat whatever I like, for protein I eat nut bars, skyr yoghurt, cheese, milk, bread
these are my staple foods, but I am not picky
I'm gaining weight again I think, (good thing), I eat 3000-4000 cals a day, most of it in one big meal spread over a couple of hours and a bit as a snack when I feel like it
I don't do OMAD out of principle or something, I am just naturally drawn to it due to constant outdoor life.

I used to work in agriculture, also went to ag school but didn't finish, I'm hoping to save enough to find some woodland were noone will bother me, i think I'll manage

its a pretty comfy lifestyle, maybe I'll do some errands for cash if I'm strapped, but expenses aren't much if you're feral

Do smolov jr. Ignore the morons in the thread. The majority of your work will seem somewhat light, but it's a shitload of volume. Don't expect magic, but it's still more than likely you'll improve your form drastically benching 4x week for three weeks. Just make sure you're adding some dB rows and rear delt raises after a few times a week. My guess is that your form needs work and getting technique drilled in your head will help

Average bench press of someone that has been lifting for 5 years is 235 lb for one rep

      Explain this
I also grew up skelly, 192cm, no upper body strength at all literally the physically weakest kid in high school (but I was one of the top students and I married my hs sweetheart who was a grade above me because I'm or was an awesome guy)

In every such case, it's almost always because you're a skelly and don't eat unless your training is really, really moronic.

Most people have shit genetics, don't know how to train intensely or are unwilling to do so, do not give themselves adequate rest times, they are not consistent with their diet and other factors like sleep, etc. If you're training very intensely once a week and doing everything else correctly then that's as fast as you can possibly make gains really (not make max increases in a compound lift though, different things) Most people frick around and get dick-all for results.

        >I was le skinny kid
No shit, if you don't train you're not going to have muscle. What a fricking moronic thing to say. That doesn't say shit about your genetic potential. The only way to find out is to hit your ceiling

        >80 kg ESTIMATED one rep max
your estimated one rep max means absolutely dick fricking zero. Come back and brag about your one rep max when you do it.

        >sub 1 year lifter
your gains in this time period do not indicate what your future levels of strength will be. You may find that your gains will drop off a cliff at some point. Sniffing your own farts about your strength before you actually reach your goals reaks of arrogant noob energy. You are so underdeveloped and think what everyone is saying is bs because you think you're going to continue to shoot up in strength in a linear fashion forever. So cringe. Come back when you hit the 5 year mark and assess your genetics then, homosexual

I dont need to be knocked down, you read that wrong
I dont thubj I'm strong, I think in weak, like almost everyone here. How much do you press? My point was that you can make progress if you focus are disciplined and eating enough
Not once have I misrepresented myself as a strong guy. I am proud of my progress but I always tell you I'm between novice and intermediate on all lifts. I've never been anything other than clear on that
I actually lift at 4 am because my lifts are so weak. I can't wait to hit 1 2 3 4 so I can lift around the real people

moron, don't look at only the bench numbers, but look at your weight/bench weight ratio
i've been lifting for 3 years and i can do 31kg dumbbells for 10 reps, which is intermediate level for my weight (65kg)
i'm more than certain that people who bench 100kg within months are just fatties or really tall

  18. 5 months ago

unironic question: when people say they can bench press X kg, do they mean in one rep (PR) or do they mean the normal 3 series of 10 reps each? Bc that is very different

      Anonymous

one rep max you stupid fricking Black person. and its also exaggerated by usually around 20-30% and its only a calculated theoretical max they havent even done it.

        Anonymous

that is fricking moronic. That's why people look me weird when I say I lift 50kg in press bench. I mean yeah it's still quite low, but I always do 10x3 reps and I'm a begginer.

        I say my working numbers.
Probably never going to attempt one rep max - too risky.
But wouldn't trust other people. Normies can just straight up lie about it.

right? PRs seem like a stupid concept. It's about how much you lift on a normal daily basis, in your routine

2 years is nowhere near enough to bench 2 plate if your starting point is poor. Most people will not have good enough mind/muscle connection to effectively target the pectorals and a bench press has plenty of weak points during progression.

The people claiming they hit 2pl8 bench in 4 months are either genetic freaks or lying through their teeth and I think we both know which one is more likely here.

You got meme'd hard mate. When you bench the bar with no plates does it weigh nothing at all? No you spastic it's a set 20kg for Olympic bars and 15kg for women's Olympic bars, even in competitions they include the bar.

            >When you bench the bar with no plates does it weigh nothing at all?
once you set up the counterweights on each end of the lever the weights balance out and the bar is effectively weightless
