1pl8 is average for people who've never even trained bench, don't lie to the dude. Average for a lifter is 217lbs, he's not doing terrible for 6 months but has a long way to go.

My routine is just doing push/pull alternating days every day. For bench pressing in particular, I do warm-ups with lighter weights, than 5x5 with whatever weight I max out with (so currently 75kg), and then I go down by 5-10kg and do a few high rep sets for volume.
Well that's the problem, your "routine" is extremely moronic and so are you, 50 to 75kg you only added 15 kg in 6 months, following a real routine that would only take you a little bit more than a month
And doing just pull push every day doesn't really give you room for resting your muscles, just follow metallicadpa ppl and read the sticky and stop trying to reinvent the wheel
starting strength doesn't even have bench pressing as part of the routine lol frick that

Grayskull LP for 3 days, PHUL for 4, phat for 5, reddit ppl for 6 days, and nsuns which have variation for 3 to 6 days
