There are great clinics in turkey, i got my transplant there and its perfect. Their cost is the same you would spend for surgeons in europe or a bit cheaper.

I was just in turkey and saw many men walking around with the bandages from the procedure. It's such a beautiful fricking country. Safer than America, better food, freer than America by leaps and bounds and you get to see shit like the wall of Constantine and the old Byzantine empire. Amazing shit. Do it just for an excuse to visit.
People are very nice aswell. Istanbul is a bit too hectic and loud for me. Worth a visit though

Its probably not even noticeable if you just let your hair grow a little bit longer.
A transplant would be moronic because of that plus the risk of shock loss to surrounding hair.
You just need to take finasteride to prevent further loss and maybe get some regrowth if you are lucky.

The fin should keep it as it is. If you grow that out, it will look like a normal head of hair. I've been on fin for 3 years and have just forgotten about it.

Your hair is fine stop worrying. You are already taking finasteride so its all good. If it gets worse despite that you could use dutasteride. But keep in mind finasteride can cause temporary shedding
Got a couple buddies that did this just dont cheap out and get the stem cell treatment with it its a couple of hundred extra it certainly works one did it 5 years ago and still has everything
