    Excellence is not a matter of effort, but of dedication. It is going into the gym every single day and never giving up. Building on what you did the day before every day forward until you make it. Almost no one is going to look like a body builder unless they starve, cut, and slam gear. But you can be strong, built, and feared by those around you just be working on your shit every day.

    keep doing this while eating zero sugars or breads and in about 5 years you'll get near Sheamus. Alternatively you get on TRT and HGH and DBol and hire the most expensive personal trainer, dietician, and personal chefs money can buy and make exercising your full time job. Then you'll get there in a year and a half or so
