Smoking a pork butt low and slow for 10 hours until 210°F internal. Dry rub using picrel prior. Starting at 4 hours out add a coating of equal parts by weight apple cider vinegar and water along with half a part of brown sugar. When it's done let it sit under foil for 30-45 minutes with some sliced apples. Chop or shred. 10-12 pounds of smoked pork is now yours for the whole week and you don't even need to be there for most of the process if you have a smoker. If you dont then a charcoal grill works too with less fuel and a tray of water being watched diligently. Grab a beer and chill with some friends while you smoke it. I like mine served over a baked potato with plenty of green onion and some low fat sour cream. Goes well with a side of boiled cabbage (Jamaican recipe) or collared greens. Coleslaw also great if you make one without mayo. >inb4 black hands typed this. I'm whiter than snow
Crockpot salsa chicken is goated. 2 ingredients only. Put down a layer of salsa and then put some chicken breasts on top. Use the rest of the salsa to cover the chicken and let it cook for like 7 or 8 hours. You can also use the oven. Set your oven to 200°F and do the same thing in a pan, covered. Same result and you can bulk for a month or two if you wanted to cook multiple pans of it at once.
Can't go wrong with meatloaf either. Get 2 pounds of 93/7 beef, 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of milk, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons of dried onion, and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Mix it all together, form into a loaf, and cook it in the oven for 1 hour at 325. Internal temp should be 160°F if you have a meat thermometer. If you want to add a glaze then mixing 3 parts ketchup and 1 part worchestershire sauce is a good glaze. You can baste it on 15 minutes before the loaf is done. Works with all vegetables. I like having it with some mashed potatoes or putting it on some sourdough with salted tomatoes for a really fricking good sandwich.
Not directly related but I've been thinking about making "healthy" frozen yogurt by taking greek yogurt, whey powder, honey, and whatever fruit/nuts/dark chocolate I want and mixing them until fluffy and then freezing. Pretty sure it's basically a frozen treat that's got similar macros to a protein shake at that point.
Why? It's fit and nutritious. You're upset because he's not eating goyslop or paying for overpriced market products which only continue to go up because they say so? I think you should quit lifting and have a nice day
Project more you numpty
Chicken is nutritionally devoid tasteless garbage, there's a reason people cover it with spices and seasonings whereas red meat needs just salt if anything at all
Cauliflower rice is putrid, even white rice tastes better and has more nutrition available to you
Broccoli is trash and filled with goitrogens among other problematic substances and just like with the cauliflower the nutrition inside isn't bioavailable to you anyway
For most people it's mandatory to also cover the previous two with all sorts of sauces and spices and seasonings but he hates himself so much he torments himself by seemingly taking them plain
You're so fat and clueless you have to project the fact that you either eat empty 'bodybuilder' food that consists solely of macronutrients instead of micronutrients or you eat fast food which is again devoid of anything other than your base macronutrients.
You’re completely right
I’m still gonna do it though
I have 30 lbs to lose and I’d rather do it in 12 weeks than eat something yummy like a child and take 6 months
alright fricker get buckled in because I'm about to tell you my favorite rotational recipes that I fricking love and take less than an hour to cook and put in fridge.
1. Turkey Tacos
1 lb Ground Turkey (93/7)
1 can black beans
McCormick Taco seasoning (you can make it youself if you want to but this shit tastes exactly the same as fresh and thickens up better)
Cheese (optional)
Rice (Optional)
Tortillas/Taco shells (optional)
Heat small amount of oil/oil spray in pan. Brown the turkey. Drain the fat juice. Add seasoning and briefly saute for 30 seconds or so. Add water and mix thoroughly. Heat beans while seasoning sauce thickens, season with cayenne and chili powder. Once beans are hot and taco sauce has thickened, place on rice or tortillas and top with 1 oz of mexican cheese (if using).

Takes about 20 minutes for 4 servings, easily doublable and can be converted to bulking in burrito style.

8 oz chicken
8 oz cauliflower rice
1 cup random veggies, I usually either do broccoli or peppers
Eat it twice a day with 1 double scoop protein shake and 2 cups Greek yogurt anytime if you need it
1450 calories, 200 g protein
If you actually eat like this with any sort of frequency, you hate yourself almost as much as you hate life.

Cute Xiangling
Raw eggs
Literally anything that's a stew or can be added into one. Eating 3-day old frozen chicken and vegetables isn't a way to live.
