    If you were lifting weights,then i could just have been muscle gain.btw never lift weights every single day but instead 3 or 4 days a week with more intensity cause yo ass just gonna end up injured and the amount of stress isnt good for your hormones .more isnt better

    a week is a very small timeframe. give it another 7 days at least
    losing weight is a bad metric for gains, especially if you use the gym, because you could have burned fat but gained muscle instead

    Try 8-16 fasting. Have your first meal (lunch) at 12:00 and your last meal at 8 pm. That way you have an eight hour window in which you can eat and a 16 hour window in which you don't.
