>the cheat code

It's absolutely amazing that for hundreds of thousands of years Humans have tried to eat as much as they possibly could but for the past 100 or so we have, for the first time, "restricting" food intake. You tell a human from 100 years ago, 1,000 years ago, 10,000 years ago, or 100,000 years ago that you were "purposefully avoiding food" or "going to bed hungry with an abundance of food in your fridge 10 meters away" they would be bewildered.
>I'm 14 and this is deep
Revolutionary findings there my good boy, surely this will lead to the answer OP desires
It won't and I don't give a frick about OP. I'm just pointing out how sad fricks like you and he are. You're hungry? Eat. Our ancestors did.
Post body fat boy
Eat a big steak or pile of ground beef in the evening. Slow digesting protein will keep you satiated for a long time. You get hungry when your protein runs out because it's necessary and is not stored for long.
People used to eat meat or were used to starving if they were eating grain slave food.
>high fibre vegetables like spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage. They're high in micronutrients
Lol. Lmao even.
rich people were dieting back then
You just posted a picture of it. But you likely have some diabetes or pregdiabetes if you're not hungry when you don't eat and have to gravitate to omad and binge eating when you do. Try cutting carbs down to about 120g/day and taking a small amount of fiber suppliment before meals. If this makes you feel 100% better go to a doctor because it's probably diabetes. Even though this is what they'll tell you to do there is other things they have to check out.
wtf you just described me perfectly
but i check my fasted blood sugar levels and its always in the 4s
>omad
Bingo. If you eat 2000 ~ kcal in one sitting of proper foods, you will absolutely feel satisfied and full.
but i dont feel full thats why i said he described me perfectly
i dont, thats why im miserable and made a post on IST
You're not full after OMAD????
what the frick
i eat a big OMAD too and no never full... thats why im scared
Just don't eat after dinner
Don't keep food in the house.
My fridge has veggies and meat. My pantry has dry beans and rice.
If I am allowing myself a snack food, I buy it the day I will eat it, and I only buy what is within my caloric budget.
If you have eating problems, sometimes it is simply easier to abstain completely than it is to eat well and resist temptations after.
OP, have you ever fasted? For, like, religious reasons or something?
I've gone to bed having eaten nothing since waking up, it's hardly impossible to go to bed hungry. If you're tired enough, you won't even think about it.
Sounds like the advice for quitting smoking and drinking: just don't buy cigs or booze. No opportunities to sin means clean spirit.
yes everyday, i fast all day until late at night... but i eat and never get full thats why im complaining
This is simple enough of everyone in the house is on board. If you live others, though, they will typically want snack foods and sweets around. I honestly can’t even think of one exception of a house without at least some garbage food in it that I’ve been in.
Fix your blood sugar,
its never over 4.5 fasted
Insulin resistance can't be measured by blood tests. If you're hungry after eating, especially late at night or you crave sugar after eating it's insulin related.
so how do i get this tested? and if its bad how do i fix it?
There is no test. It's fixed when the all the symptoms go away. Get plenty of sleep and don't be up too late, take cold showers, avoid stress, stay away from sugar and limit carbs, exercise your ass off, do long fasts, lose weight and more importantly lower body fat percentage and abdominal fat.
but if your insulin is high isnt losing weight really hard? thats like trying to solve a problem with another problem
Insulin being too high actually results in it being too low because your cells decide they don't want anymore and start rejecting it. That's why it causes hunger no matter how much you eat because your cells aren't taking in the energy you're giving them.
ok this is fricking ridiculous now, just tell me what to do in depth and i will follow it starting from when i wake up tomorrow. im over this shit its fricking with my brain
i get 6-8 hours, avoiding stress isnt something i can control but i get you, low carb i can do, exercise i can do, the rest i cant control
so my only real options are to eat less carbs and exercise?
You can't control whether or not you shove food in your hole or what the temperature of your shower is? Are you currently incarcerated?
i mean directly, i said i can do the cold showers but "have low body fat" isn't something i need to change im not fat and low carb will keep that sorted anyway
you racka disciprine
For me, it's paying attention to what I'm really feeling. Is it "bro I'm starving I really should eat" or just "I wish I was more full than I am"? Usually it's the latter and for guys who can just eat a lot, you got to make peace with being a constant 4-5/10 satiated. Also as stated above, try to chill on processed carbs and get more fiber. Salty foods make me more hungry too, try cutting back on that a bit. Other than that, just buy less tasty snacks. I've got some celery, some unsalted rice cakes, and popcorn (air popped). Guarantee you eat a big ass bowl of something plain like that and you just get tired of eating eventually
Drink water
This. Also warm liquids like black coffee or tea. Increase low calorie, high fibre vegetables like spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage. They're high in micronutrients, voluminous so fill you up, and the fibre will keep you regular.
>after eating dinner i feel like i could finish my whole pantry
Amerilard conservicuck discoveres why you eat grain with your protein
Signs of insulin resistance/pre-diabeto

Sudden bouts of extreme depression/anxiety/irritability, especially after eating
Buzzing/tingling sensation in the hands and feet, especially after eating

Persistent adult acne

Stubborn visceral fat
Blurred vision
frick i like all of these except always hungry. im slim and exercise and eat pretty much only things i make myself (eggs meat potatoes veg etc)
i used to love fasting and do 3-7 days every here and there, but after getting sick a cpl years ago (thyroid) o feel FRICKED if i dont eat regularly. any suggestions bros?
* i HAVE all of these. i do like them too
go to bed homie
Too much carbohydrates in your diet, you're essentially craving sugar
It fricks my cut over somedays too. Key imo is to time meals, like power through the morning with a tiny breakfast or lunch and pig out late evening. It ain't easy btw.
just brush your teeth right after you eat dinner
i find that having enough salt, fibre, and electrolytes helps.
shred up a bunch of carrot and cucumber and mix that with lettuce and eat that with egg whites and maybe some tuna and maybe a couple of eggs and you'll put a shit ton of volume in your stomach without it being too many calories. i also take magnesium, potassium, and put a decent amount of salt on stuff.
everyone is going to give you some bullshit about discipline but the real truth is you need to fix your gut microbiome.
