bros how the frick do you deal with this? mine doesn't look as bad as picrel but it's about 60% of it

i have it on both sides of my jawline it's worse on the left

1.i've tried changing pillowcases every other day
2.benzoyl peroxide
3. tretinoin
4.azealic acid
5.niacinamide serum

NOTHING HELPS

      if you need antibiotics you should ask a derm about clindamycin lotion, that shit really helped my folliculitis.

      Also, drink more fricking water. That is the one thing that made the biggest difference with my skin.

    btw you should get a prescription for isotretinoin (accutane or other brand), I used to have crazy acne on my face and scalp and it all disappeared on isotretinoin
    but my scalp acne came back afterwards unfortunately

    Strict carnivore diet cures this. After your acne has cleared up you can start reintroducing foods (if you want) to see what triggers it.

      I've suffered with cystic acne all over since I was a teen, and it's mostly been caused by diet

      Most people aren't aware because they're not willing to go on an elimination diet and see what food is causing inflammation in the form of acne. Dermatologists just treat the symptoms with creams and antibiotics, so they're not treating the root cause and more acne will just keep sprouting about.

      Tomatoes definitely give me acne (along with peanuts, high sugar foods), by the way. They're a nightshade, and some people just can't tolerate them well.

      Using clean sheets and not touching your face does jack shit as far as acne prevention. It's not from being dirty, it's from your body's defense against inflammation. Remove the source of inflammation.

      And also, eat red meat and eggs, do not fear saturated fat and cholesterol.

    Ignore the rest of these people. Diet doesn't change skin much at all. You can eat like shit or eat perfectly and your skin will only experience a marginal change. It's completely genetic and the "cut out dairy, sugar, etc. etc." shit is a complete cope. It makes us feel better to think that eating nutritious foods will magically turn your skin around and get rid of all your acne, but it's a meme. Take the accutane. Don't let your jawline/chin/etc. get littered with acne scars because you blew the past 3 months trying various stupid diets. Eat well for general health, but it won't solve your skin problem.     I 100% fixed by acne with low carb diet.
    No need for canrnivore for me, just have to go to low carb.
    It takes ~2 months.
    I had acne even at ~30 yo.
    People telling you "you're just a teen so it's ok to have acne" are morons: ignore them. It's caused by food.
