I don't like the army. I'd fight to protect my family and neighbours from invasion, but not to make leaders more powerful.
    Also the army funds Hollywood.

all of these except for the fighting one(you are not a professional fighter btw) are based on the assumption that you cant have a home gym, for whatever reason
    >>you dont depend on weights

this. pistol squats take double the time to train as opposed to weighted squat

I can only do them because I was back squatting heavy weight. My balance sucks. Kinda fun busting them out at the gym since nobody else does them.

I attempted crow pose last night on my stone floor and think I'll wait til I'm in a padded room to try again. I've no idea what the frick to do when my body starts tilting

The way I learned pistols in the past was by "greasing the groove". I was doing pistols every day but not as a part of my workout routine. Just whenever I remembered about them, I would give it a try. At first I was doing limited reps sitting on my bed. Then getting lower and lower. For some time I could get down but not up again. Finally I could do them quite easily. I remember that it didn't take me long and I wasn't doing squats at the gym at the time. Now I'm getting back in shape and started relearning pistols but this time I'm also doing squats. I actually hope pistols can help me with the depth of my heavy-weight squats.
