Been reading Jordan Peters stuff on how beginners training for hypertrophy should train. He recommends full body every other day. Biceps are trained first while fresh. Lower body is a squat one session a deadlift the next. The goal is to add weight or reps every session. 6 lifts per session warmups then 2 working sets. Both to failure

Yeah let me get advice from a 300lbs midget. Also what the frick is a pinwheel curl, I've been lifting for 8 years and never heard of it before.
Hammer curl but you curl the weight across your body instead of in front of it
You can't train height. Like you can't do squats for your peanut brain.
seething manlet
Is this really how bodybuilders train? It looks bizarre to me but if there are results behind it I won't knock it.
no i think he's recommending it for beginners. all that frequency would probably be good for them because they're gonna using baby weights anyways. probably be good for someone who used to be strong and had a long break from the gym too.
he looks fricking disgusting. i'm sure he thinks that he 'mogs' natties too. fricking lol. bodybuilding is the most insecure thing i've ever seen
you're the one who sounds like an insecure moron little buddy.
>little buddy
the guy looks like he's 5'2 foot tops. maybe i was a bit rude in my previous comment, but come on. no natty should take advice from a short guy on enough roids to kill an elephant. and for what? heart problems and sleep apnea? what is he compensating for?
haahahahahah loser
It's crazy that people on gear tell people not on gear how to train and the idiots actually listen.
Everyone making cash from fitness is on gear. He's always been honest about it.
It’s crazy that you don’t even lift or think there’s really any differences in how you should train on gear or natty.
I took Jordan’s programming principles and applied them to my training and made very good progress and I’m natty (and no doubt stronger and bigger than you)
I could tell just by looking at this guy he trains like an absolute animal. I check his page and sure enough he’s deadlifting 8 pl8 for 5. Low volume is better for advanced lifters. Counterintuitively you can handle more volume as a beginner and intermediate because it’s far less taxing on your system when you’re doing lighter weights even if that’s close to your max strength level. You lower the volume when you’re advanced because your mind muscle connection is better so you can get more out of fewer sets and also because your workouts are a lot harder on your body.
His current advanced system for himself is ppl 3-4 exercises for chest shoulders and tris. It's not low volume it's medium volume extremely high intensity. This is just his beginner template.
I think body types/phenotypes/whatever you want to call it are definitely a thing. This guy is ridiculously strong. And his muscle looks really dense for a lack of a better way to describe it. I think he gravitated towards this style of training because it suited him. I find myself to be more in the arnold/Milos Sarcev mold. I can do massive amounts of volume with little drop off in performance. But low volume I don’t get a lot out of it and I don’t enjoy it either. This rarely gets talked about for some reason but our bodies are not all the same. I hate low volume and do not get good results with it but I can recognize that it works well for some people- usually very strong, quick to fatigue types
Jordan Peters is based as frick. Although this is not the beginner program I’ve seen him share before. In his YouTube series on programming he has an A B full body workout split where one day has an upper body focus and the next has a lower body focus.
Wish he was around when I first started lifting. Something like this would have been so much better and more well rounded than SS
I trust the silver era guys when they did squats first in their full body routines more than this guy. Just do Reg Park's 5x5 beginner routine
juiced to the gills
Why does his face have those deep lines like a bulldog? Cutting or cheek growth from roids or both?
low class genetics
lack of collagen
Roids make all your muscles stronger. A lot of guys make exaggerated faces while lifting/posing. That gives them lines on their face. Steroid bloat then makes those lines look worse. Dallas mccarver is a good example of this. He was only 26 when he died
dead by 40
