You will never be a clown, you will never enjoy the silliness and joy of bringing momentary happiness and amazement to young children and women and men of all ages, truly I pity you.

can't go wrong with a nice shower

Also if anyone is watching Mith Hooper's No Stone Unturned videos but the physio he talked to recommended juggling to build a stronger mind muscle connection or something so it probably is a good thing to include in a routine. I find it's a good shoulder warmup anyway if you use a little weight, like these 3lb balls.

I learned to juggle when I was 13 because my Oma could juggle and I wasn’t about to be outdid by some old broad.

It was a pretty easy skill to acquire all things considered

It's true, it's crazy the amount of progress you make just between days after a good night's sleep

    Boomer clown shit
    Better skill toys:
    penspinning

    kendama

    balisong

    stringless yoyo

If you have huge fricking hands and have 10000 hours to spare you might also try cardistry which is the hardest form of object manipulation

      Compare it to jugglechad
      >juggles beer cans at party
      >juggles bricks at worksite
      >juggles apples at the iddle of the fruit market
      >juggles priceless artefacts in the museum

I'm sorry anon, then penspinning looks cool as frick and I'm a yoyochad myself, but the real discussed benefit here is better reflexes/fine motors skills AND awe of normies/impression management in public. I agree that juggling maybe doesn't provide as much fine motor skills enhancement as the things you posted and I'm genuinely in awe at must how useful my playing around with a yo-yo since I was 14 is to my daily life, but I really wish I could juggle. You can literally juggle anything anywhere and don't need to carry shit with you and it looks cool without music. I tried taking my kendama to places/trips and it just gets stuck. It's nice to clink around with in the mountains when climbing, but that's pretty much it. I remember when I was bartending and how b***hes got wet and colleagues and me juggling bottles, and I always wished I was better at that, could only do two at the same time. Juggling is superior to all the things posted IMO because it can be done anytime anywhere and requires no setup. I'd love to play around with that pen though, the amount of times I juggle knives and utensils and chopsticks around when cooking or prepping meals is criminal, that could get that outta me.

Its not hard to learn the basics and it makes my 2yo son laugh when I juggle for him.
You should learn it for your kids.

    >bitches love it
No they fricking don't. At the most they can tolerate it in extremely small doses in the right moments. Any more than that and you become "that guy who juggles" which is socially equivalent to being a clown

here's a secret anon: a lot of girls are really attracted to the jester archetype, it's a little dangerous and weird while still being safe and potentially amazing.
