Jump rope for beginners

I need to train cardio but treadmills and bikes are gay so what good jump ropes do you recommend for beginners, not too pricey and adjustable length

I'm not the one making a thread on the most moronic question in existent. Dumbass can't even jump rope properly, how low is your IQ that you can't even do what grade schoolers can?

Get a basic speed/whip rope, it stings like a b***h when it hits you so you'll correct your form quickly.

    >what good jump ropes do you recommend for beginners
any cheap rope from Amazon will do to start.
Start with a few minutes per session since it'll kick your ass. 5 minutes is a good starting point.
Try to avoid the initial double jump most beginners do and focus on your technique above everything else. You can watch some videos on youtube describing the technique so you don't frick up your joints.
Eventually, you'll be able to increase your jumping time and quantity of jumps.

I did exactly that. Now I usually jump for 40 min and do about 6000 jumps per session, which is around 500 calories.

there are ones lines with metal on the inside to give it a sense of weight. it's helpful, but if you don't want to spend the money on it no bigge.

OP do image training. use an invisible jump rope and jump, it's the exercise equivalent of air guitar.

    >adjustable length
just get one the right length (the normal length should be fine)

get one that's a little heavy. it's easier not to trip. but physically harder once you get going

should be like 10 bucks for one of the black coated ones with foam handles
