I own a pair of Conzuri sneakers which are effectively the OP pic but built in.
I have worn them on occasion and suspect they contributed to getting laid once. Certainly women will see height first and make judgments - but just as importantly, so will men.
There's a priority order to how immediately desirable you are to women before they know you, and it is:
>social standing
>height
>confidence
>clothing and fit
>visual appearance
