You can eat whatever as long as you exercise regularly. Look at federal prisoners who live off of gruel, hard water and canned tuna and they still do pretty good.
You'll do better if you allow yourself to cheat once and a while. Probably doing so will help keep your metabolism working at the right pace so you will lose weight even more effectively. Just don't do ti more than once a week, or try to only cheat a little
