Why is it always this combination? Do they never eat like a cheeseburger or something? How much chicken rice and broccoli are they eating?

it's the healthiest most nutritious combination, but I'd say only top of the top bodybuilders dedicated to their craft do that, most people will have more variety in their diet, beef, eggs, milk and stuff like that

When you're blasting as many steroids as these guys are. Diet doesn't really matter you can eat basically whatever you want. Sam Sulek is a good example of this.
So idk why they do this. I think it's probably autism

I just recently started watching sulek's videos. dude seriously pumps out those last reps and i can respect that.

He has a never give up energy that is very rare and also impossible for me to have. Once I start to break form I mentally breakdown and slowly give up after a few more reps because I feel like it not good enough to keep going with sloppy form. But Sam just says frick no, and keeps going until the muscles literally can't contract. It's seriously amazing. I don't even know if it's beneficial or not but wow. It's still an achievement in mental strength.

thing is, when you're blasting that amount of roids you can actually get MORE out of proper diet than you normally would because the body can utilize better the nutritients, notice how Sulek has stalled now and can't really grow bigger without upping the juice but a cleaner diet would definitely help long term

like this, antoine mogs sulek real hard and he basically eats white rice + chicken + brussel sprouts 6-7 times a day

he would look the same if he ate those things 2x a day in bigger amounts
but I understand that high eating frequency is simply a technique used for getting around lack of appetite when you're near 300lbs lean

Steroids aren't so great on your liver. Shit diets of processed food are also pretty rough on it. A lot of these guys eat clean because everything else they're doing to their body is dirty. Ur system can only take so much abuse at one time.

Its just hard for me to believe that a turkey and cheese sandwich with mayonnaise or mustard is that much worse for you than chicken and rice

Isn't it all fat, protein, and carbs at the end of the day

Unless something is overtly bad for you (basically anything breaded and fried) it feels like the line between clean and dirty eating is a lot more gray than people like to admit

Chicken and rice has very little fat. It’s a simple way to get all the protein and carbs for building muscle without getting too much total energy

because they want it to seem completely unrealistic to the normal person
you think npcs are going to resolve themselves to only eating chicken and rice?

they see it as some monk-esque life that unlocks magical gains, except, that no normal person (except for celebrities) can lead that life

This is the best combination to give the body the nutrients value to feed the organs to process the minerals desired by the muscle cells to satisfy muscle building standards this combinations ticks various box's that has to be thought of natural food minimally processed can be raw or as close to raw as possible when consumed to maintian the life give organisms within the foods burgers don't have shit within them so they reduce life rather then extend these foods can be throughly masticated to liquid and the digestive system can easily push it through 30ft of intestine which in turn will allow you more energy to strive one step closer to perfection eating a mcdonalds for your guys is like trying to push a rugby ball through a hosepipe it ain't goin nowhere it's goin to sit in your gut and putrify making you one of those boxstandard Eric Cartman American type fricks

    >Why is it always this combination?
because high protein and moderate carbs with low fat is the easiest way to gain muscle while staying lean

Arnold did high fat high protein low carbs.
      It depends on your body.
I think northern euros are meant to eat more fats than carbs because our ancestors didn't have access to as much plant life for over half the year so we evolved to have a more carnivorous diet.

Carbs make northern euros BLOATMAXX which was vital for surviving the winter but now it just makes everyone fat.

it's an easy and efficient low-fat meal. For strongman it's usually ground beef, spinach, and rice. Same concept but higher fat because they don't need to be cut.
