then start using bands to train 1 handed (ie. have your foot in a looped band and do one handed) using weaker bands until you don't need any

I can do one armed pushups if my legs are out wide but it feels kind of silly since I can't even do one armed pushups on a steep incline if I put the feet together :/

hold on to your wrist with the other hand and start bringing it down to your shoulder as you progress
based. you climb as well? I'm working towards 1 arm pullups as well. can currently do 5x5 pull ups with +35lbs at 155lbs.
I was able to do 1 arm pushups after breaking my hand one time, forcing me to do everything 1-handed for a couple months.
