If you want an actually nutritious meal that is incredibly easy to meal prep and eat every day, you should try manudo or something similar. Pork meat, beef liver, potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, whatever spices you want, in a tomato-based broth. >don't add peas btw they're shit like broccoli >also this isn't a 100% ideal food due to the potatoes/tomatoes/spices/onion/garlic, but it's super easy to make and delicious, and infinity times better than what's in the OP
