I dont have cheat days. I just do ADF. That way when I have my 12hr eating window, I can eat anything I want and still be in a massive deficit. I just eat normally because emy stomach has shrunk from 36hrs of fasting.

I miss pizza bros. Down 50lbs, only 20lbs left and I always do a cheat meal on Sundays. But pizza lacks protons so I always go for chicken tendies or burgers with extra patties and so on. Once I'm at goal weight pizza will be the first cheat meal
Pizza fan here. Why not just get a triple meat with thin crust and a light amount of sauce? There you can satisfy your pizza cravings and you cut out some empty calories. Cici's pizza buffet also lets you request your own pizza for the buffet line if that's still a thing there.

You can't justify binge eating whether it's a cheat day or otherwise. Binge eating is disordered eating and idk why anyone would wilfully engage in it. Cheat days should simply be days where you don't care about counting calories or hitting perfect macros. But that in no way means it's a challenge to see how much you can stuff down your gullet in a single day.
If you're going to cheat at all, you should be cheating dietary restrictions, not calories.
Slop with seed oils, candy, carbs, Chinese food. Then end the day with a normal amount of calories.
