Any of you ever eat as much as me on your cheat day? This is 8,000 calories right here. I'm terrified that I over-did it.

Full pepperoni pizza (2,400 calories)
Ben and Jerrys ice cream (1,200 calories)
General Tso Chicken (1,000 calories)
White rice (400 calories)
6 egg rolls (1,200 calories)
Full bag of doritoes (1,000 calories)
3 doughnuts (900 calories)
1 cucumber to balance it out (0 calories)

    i'm cutting, so a cheat day is i'll have an apple or an extra scoop of whey with milk or maybe half a pineapple. during bulk ill cheat with whatever isnt complete goyslop as long as the calories fit

      I miss pizza bros. Down 50lbs, only 20lbs left and I always do a cheat meal on Sundays. But pizza lacks protons so I always go for chicken tendies or burgers with extra patties and so on. Once I'm at goal weight pizza will be the first cheat meal

      Pizza fan here. Why not just get a triple meat with thin crust and a light amount of sauce? There you can satisfy your pizza cravings and you cut out some empty calories. Cici's pizza buffet also lets you request your own pizza for the buffet line if that's still a thing there.

      Why won't you Black folk just squeeze in desserts and snacks on your deficits, that way you don't pig out on cheat day?

      I can be honest that I am a fatass (280 lbs too) but I am also 60 lbs down. I don't think that I will ever be able to quit on junk food.

    I dont have cheat days. I just do ADF. That way when I have my 12hr eating window, I can eat anything I want and still be in a massive deficit. I just eat normally because emy stomach has shrunk from 36hrs of fasting.

    You can't justify binge eating whether it's a cheat day or otherwise. Binge eating is disordered eating and idk why anyone would wilfully engage in it. Cheat days should simply be days where you don't care about counting calories or hitting perfect macros. But that in no way means it's a challenge to see how much you can stuff down your gullet in a single day.

    If you're going to cheat at all, you should be cheating dietary restrictions, not calories.
    Slop with seed oils, candy, carbs, Chinese food. Then end the day with a normal amount of calories.

    You overdid it. That's like a weeks worth of calories in a day. It can only take. Aday to ruin a month of progress.
    Get back on the horse and really stick to your diet for the next month. If you are concerned, cut 600 more calories out of your diet every day for the next week
