Fat man on the left is probably at the point where moment to moment existence and household chores are painful. Losing weight was probably worth it to him just to be able to sit in a computer chair for 6 hours again without being in pain.

Your bmi is a lot lower than the guy's in OP's picture. You could probably lose the weight without looking like a deflated balloon after.
But you're in the danger zone. Go any bigger and your life's fricked.

I was 320lbs 3 months ago and felt exactly the same as I do now. And three years ago I was 240lbs and felt exactly the same way as I do now and when I was 320lbs. You're objectively wrong.

I was holding 240-260 pounds from the ages of 12-27 and didn't start thinking to myself that my ass hurts from sitting on it until I was 25.

Weird my ass doesn't hurt at all from sitting. Maybe you should stop getting fricked in your ass or buying a smaller dildo. All jokes aside. You're wrong.

tbh i was this guy and my weight use to fluctuate between 270-300 throughout the year, you literally need to have mental health/eating disorder problems if you are eating enough calories at that weight to continue to gain it. I've lost a grip of weight and its definitely much nicer so would def reccomend slimming down, think healthy bmi for your height would be like 190-210 or something not that out of reach at all

The only way I can lose weight is by fasting but I can't fast all the time since I work a physical labor job and food is my only cope nothing else lessens the suicidal ideation for an hour like food.

You look young and healthy enough that life's minor physical annoyances don't get to you yet.
Start really paying attention to how you feel about moving your body around and you will be surprised at how much you may have already begun to creak.

I'm 29 and I boulder, kayak, hike, camp, and work and have worked physically demanding jobs my whole life. My back doesn't even hurt. I hear fit people crying about their backs and joints all the time and I feel fine. I just don't run as fast and sweat more then others. But I've been depressed and sucidal. I'd say I was worse off mentally when I was 240lbs then when I was 320lbs.

Yes but my BMI is 36.6 wich is technically morbidly obese. I'm just not convinced that losing weight will fix your life in any real mental way. I've lived both and I'm still mentally fricked.

It's funny how nobody ever talks about this and when recent "winners" of the weight loss process have some questions such as "what was the fricking point" they're just met with a handful of canned deflections until we eventually arrive at "you lost it too fast" (which is absolute broscience horseshit by the way) or "well your fault for getting fat in the first place lol get fricked moron". Wonderful.

      >It will go away eventually
Yeah, that's a fricking lie, unless you think 5 figure cosmetic surgery is part of it "naturally going away".

its obviously better to not be fat you can hide the skin under clothes and just go to some shithole like Thailand and get the surgery done to fix it

  8. 2 years ago

you'll be dealing with loose skin and what fat you have will be even saggier
lift weights instead, do situps, and eat things that will give you more visceral fat for a more slightly round, taut belly

its a lot healthier for you

not even for your long term health, like a reduction of cancer or diabetes, but the small everyday stuff

    you breathe better
    you have more energy
you breathe better when you sleep
you have better quality sleep, more deep sleep, you feel more satisfied when you sleep
you can bend over to pick stuff up at will without problems

being fat just sucks for living life, regardless of long term health outcomes

      天使

Aside from right looking objectively better even with loose skin, is objectively true. Being fat and having a food addiction can even worsen your mental health. It's just a lot easier to live when you aren't trapped in your own body.

Right. People that say that shit are actual chimp brains. Those connections with food are damn near cemented in your brain when you're a kid. It's insanely difficult to break that. Especially when there isn't a documented way to break that kind of addiction.
