Most people here could probably stand to lose weight but even the notably fat guys are mostly not so fat that they'd be rocking a loose skin like that.
I would argue that most people would fall within the realm of not needing surgery. Or if they did need it, good surgical correction.
So basically all skin lifting plastic surgery involves the same steps

So long as they are not doing the middle one or the full circle, a good surgeon, and too much money, can save them.
Basically, unless you need a belt lipectomy, fleur de lis abdominoplasty, or any of the lateral arm/thigh lifts, it's not gonna look like normal, but imo it will look good/acceptable. I would also say the crescent/short scar arm lift falls under the purview of being okay because the scar is only in the armpit area, which is okay.
It is often cope to say "loose skin is better than being fat" because they are both often grotesquely ugly and decidedly unsexy. But if we are talking about anything else besides what is frickable or not, it absolutely is true that loose skin is better. Most of the loose skin you gays would have is hideable under clothes anyways, so it's not even really being disfigured for friends/jobs either.
Maybe this is a bit of a seethe but I just needed to get it out there.

There is a series of surgeries however surgery isn't magic. It comes with scars and the more work that needs doing the worse the scars will get. Also irregardless of scars, there comes a point where surgery cannot necessarily tighten anyways. The inner thighs in particular are a rough spot for surgery.
At a certain point you turn into frankenstein's monster. But, if treated properly + a good surgeon, scars can thin out very nicely to a point where if you are white and not tan, they are hard to notice.
Unfortunately Black folk get the worst scars bc the scars are less pigmented and with white ppl, their skin is already unpigmented so there's less contrast.
But nigs are more resistant to sun damage so it all evens out.
Tangent aside, I would reccomend this lady to get the three surgeries for thighs, abdomen and arms, she probably needs a boob job too, then laser therapy for additional tightening/scar healing.
That probably costs as much as a new Audi, but it's her body so it is kind of a big deal.
