stop acting like an insecure little girl and stop comparing yourself to everyone one around
you know what they say, "there's always a bigger fish". everyone starts somewhere. as long as you work out right and eat right, you're gonna get results.
there's always gonna be someone who mogs you. but you will also always mog someone. by simply lifting, you can go from mogging 50% of people to mogging 90% of people. i'd say it's worth it
don't i have to have someone to help me lift?
You are supposed to lift your shit alone.
If you can't even do that it's to late for you.
You're at the bottom, you can only possibly go up, no one starts at the top
it gets better. you keep going there until one day someone worse off than you comes in, then many many more, then you start seeing progress no longer just in yourself, but the people that came after you. You just stepped on the bus to gains town. It's a long haul, and it's normal you're the new passenger in. Just tuck in there long enough to no longer be that guy.
>no gym bros (all friends are fat morons)
How do I find IST friends? All of my friends do nothing but play League of Legends
>everyone is stronger and better looking than me
It's almost like when you start an MMORPG, everyone else is a higher level than you cause you're just level 1
It gets better at first. Because in your first month or two you will see consistent progress in all your lifts. Not because your muscle will grow but because of neurologic adaptation.
Then it gets WORSE. Your progress stalls and you still look almost no better than when you started. Whatever motivation you had disappears as a result of no progress. And you don't yet have the discipline to keep going anyways.
This is where most newbies quit. I quit at this point 3-5 times over the course of 15 years.
But at least i noticed this regularity. So when i turned 30 i promised myself i'd go to gym at least 100 times that year. It was a hard promise to keep then. But i kept it. Now it's almost laughably easy, since i probably workout 200 times a year.
I have a home gym now and i frequently exercise naked while listening to metal or some meme japanese techno songs, while miring myself in my 2x2 meter mirror.
Yeah it gets better. And you owe it to yourself to stick to it until you actually enjoy your gym sessions and find yourself looking forward to them. Godspeed.
Based, also your pic would be based too if it weren't for the piercings
And the weed. :/
But Beavis and Butt-Head would actually look like this irl in current year.
Just put in headphones and do your thing. I'm exceptionally weird, looking to the point where i draw weird glances/ stares, but idgaf. Why you lookin at all the muscular dudes anyway, you gay or somethin
It gets better with time. You're going to have to build more muscle (it will take a few years) and music is better for cardio than weightlifting IMO
>everyone is stronger and better looking than me
But that's motivation fuel.
