woah, it's as if the morons on this board don't give a shit about "healthy" as long as it produces results. who woulda thunk.
this
>durrrrr I look healthy and have a good fat percentage, I must be healthy!
fatass
Huh?
I'm saying it takes time.
I think it depends on a lot honestly. If you eat garbage and then suddenly switch to some low carb diet where you stop eating grains and refined bullshit, you'll probably feel pretty good just because you're no longer eating garbage. If you're already eating well, and then suddenly cut out healthy grains and carbs, idk. Somebody come in with their own experience. As for fasting...I feel pretty good on one meal a day. That's just me
high salt ratio is still bad
It's like drinking the ocean over a long period of time
Did a strict keto diet for 2 years and felt better than i had in my entire adulthood. Hair, skin, eyes, gums and teeth, mood, motivation and energy all improved. Plateaued after losing and keeping off 90lbs so I was close to my idea weight and thus backed off the strictness of the diet as my motivation waned as the social penalties and time investments began to take their toll as well. I regained about 20lbs after giving up the diet but still maintain fairly healthy eating habits and do regular fasting and just recently achieved my peak weight loss without keto.
>diet low in whole grains
>anyone in the US dying of "low" of any food
unless you're like 600 lbs obese you should be able to lose all that fat into a healthy weight in a relatively decent time, like a year maybe. the fatter you are the longer it takes, that's just how it is, if you're 400 lbs you fricked up way more than the guy that is only 250 lbs, it's only fair that your weight loss takes longer
I know, but people still lie all the time about how realistic it is.
losing 30 pounds realistically takes over half a year, not 3 months.
>30lbs
>half a year
this board is filled with a bunch of morons
uh yeah maybe if you're doing like a daily 500 calorie deficit with no exercise lol. if you're extremely obese you can just do water fasting + nutrition supplements, it's already been done before by some guy for like a year straight under medical supervision.
for only moderate overweight you can just get protein source(to lessen muscle loss) + some salad to keep the gut bacteria alive and well and exercising a lot and you can still lose weight way faster than 30 lbs/half a month
Nonsense bs. A man was on the moon bro so why didn’t you? 1% per month is a good healthy target for working normal people. Extreme shit has extreme consequences. There is a reason why barely anybody once obese stays lean even if they get there in the first place
lol what, it takes more effort to eat than it is to just not eat. imagine trying to compare weight loss to going to the moon, you must be a 0 self control Black person coping
Post nose you filthy subhuman israelite
My father did everything on that chart excessively for 45 years including heroine and he still is a a full alcoholic yet he is healthy according to his doctors
Why would i trust these numbers or data
