You Look 45.
don't ask these people anything. just do the work and never post your pic here. they will shit all over anyone. go look at a body thread where they show a guy with a 6 pack and they call him fat. these are a bunch of demotivational women and psychotic losers and you shouldn't ask
>i'm black
who cares
Not true. /fat/ is extremely friendly. Elsewhere yes, different standards apply (and that's w/o taking into account all the demotivational poojetcel brownpillers). 4chinz is not (you)r hugbox. If you need to be coddled and reassured that your 6 AM lightfrauded abs are enough for white boy summer you need to go back.
I have seen time and time again people on this board ripping people in post current body threads apart for having any amount of fat accompanying a six pack or even 8 pack. They have called them fat and disgusting. freaks of nature. this isn't "wanting things to be a hugbox". You do not have an argument. You are strawmanning me, telling me I'm being a way that I am not being. I don't respect this, and I don't respect you.
/cbt/ is for hot people to flaunt their hot bodies. If you're sub 9 expect some roasting. Even then people will find the chink in your armor.
The few times I posted mine the people were nice about it. I had an six pack but obviously still packing a decent amount of fat
race does play a part into how quickly someone cab drop weight. Blacks are generally the most athletic of all races and asians tend to be lean
Never too late, you might not have even hit the loose skin threshold.
Hold on to this thought more than anything: results only come with consistency.
Btw everyone goes through fricking up and injuries and low motivation. Take solace in that. Just keep going and you win.
Yes. I turned my shit around at 30. I was fat during childhood and skinnyfat throughout my 20s.
>275 to 220 in 6 months (swimming and CICO+clean diet)
>6 months of fricking around (gymceling and swimming a frickton but ate like a hippo)
>220 to 195 in 2 months (adderal lol)
>recomping and running minibulk/cut cycles between 180 and 200 ad infinitum (calisthenics, swimming and running)
Got to creampie my crazy ex last week. Feels good man.
>280 lbs
>no loose skin
Loose skin is a red herring but this is just delusional.
Am I smoking crack? Is OP genuinely 25?
OP here. The guy in the pic is not me. I thought the heght and weight and race would tip you off but it is what it is. Reading comprehension is a dying art
>black
i'm sorry but past the age of 22 this is irreversible
Hey anon.
We're the same height and age. I was 300 at my heaviest and I made my way to 273 pretty quickly. No loose skin yet, though I suspect if it's going to happen it'll appear much later.
>black
If you ARE going to have some loose skin having a darker complexion is probably better at hiding it.
Chin up, let's do this!
I'm a 5'10 230lb white guy at 25 years old, last year i was 275. Idk if its too late or not to salvage a good life but I'm gonna find out and see.
Any loose skin?
Hello Black person
Thats just a random picture right? Guys not black
>right? Guys not black
>expecting anything coherent from IST

Yeah something is not adding up here.

You probably have good genetics, take advantage of them.
Cut slowly, 2lbs per week, no more no less.
