>just werks
If you want more testosterone, take the ashwagandha pill, it just werks
Dont expect it to be roids or anything, but you can see improvement in training, and penis size (no i am not mememing, my dick got a little bigger)
>blocked name on brand n shit cuz i am not advertising or here to sell you a product
This makes me horny but also makes my nipples hard and painful. Not worth the gyno
just combine with extra zinc and other aromatase inhibitors
ksm66 is the only good shit
ksm66 is legit, but make sure to cycle off it. If you take it everyday long term you'll turn into an emotionless sociopath
brb ordering 365-day supply of ksm66
Does regular Ashwaganda have the same effects if used in larger quantities?
i don't know i've only ever taken ksm66. I mainly was taking it for anxiety and it worked for that. But it almost worked too well to where I didn't feel anxious anymore, except I also just didn't feel anything in general anymore.
maybe you are just depressed
goes hand in hand with anxiety, and I can recall not feeling any emotions at all when I had depression
nah, i've been depressed before and the emotional blunting I experienced on ashwaghanda was completely different. It made me feel like Spock where I couldn't empathize with people anymore and would see their emotions as being illogical. It's hard to explain but after I stopped taking it, it slowly went away over months.
Or you could instead just take tadalafil which has actual studies done.
>buy this pill
>don't expect to see great result though
how about show me some double blind studies using more than 50 subjects from both sexes with a result approaching 5 sigma
oh they don't exist??
interesting
There aren't a lot of studies the measured testosterone increase that had low risk bias. I don't think there are any that have more than a sample size more than 60.
However, there are studies that have large sample sizes that prove that ashwagandha has a mediating effect on the anterior pituitary gland as well as increasing acetylcholine levels and decreasing cortisol levels.
With this, there is mechanistic evidence that this would increase testosterone levels. Mechanistic evidence is probably the weakest form of clinical evidence, but it's still pretty solid in lieu of proper clinical evidence. Cortisol and testosterone have inverse relationships where decreasing cortisol necessarily allows for testosterone levels to increase. Also, stimulating the anterior pituitary gland, the gland the produces gonadotropin (which produce testosterone) would let us logically conclude that ashwagandha would increase testosterone.
Ashwagandha Forevah!!
I for one trust any and all claims that come from the great people of India. When I get that call from Microsoft support I give him anything he asks for because I know he is a great high caste gentle sir
>Blocks brand
>It's clearly that brand that always uses the green bottle and yellow cap with that don't
Brilliant OP
Waste of money, less effective than sips.
does it actually do somehing, unlike valerian and chamomilla? if it did anything it would've been banned here
Currently cruising on this
Not as powerful as my last tribulus blast but it definitely does something.
You dont need supplements. You dont need lions mane, ashwaganda or whatever mushroom powder some keto eceleb is shilling. Just eat and lift
you dont need food either. You could add 1 pound to your bench a year eating saw dust, its about optimizing things.
You could not do that but okay
brb ordering 365-day supply of sawdust
I took this stuff for a month and didn’t notice a difference. I think it’s probably a waste of time and money.
