What’s the highest frequency I can do without incurring to many negatives sides? Flower is illegal in my state but edibles aren’t so I only do edibles (higher thc content). I limit myself to once every two weeks at most. Can I safely bump that up to weekly, or will I become addicted and get brain fog and lose all my motivation? Or should I bump it down to once a month? Anyone else try to use weed responsibly? I don’t want to quit cold turkey because I definitely get mental benefits from it. I did shrooms once and now every time I get high I kind of flash back to that trip and it helps me live more carefree.

the effects you should be worrying about are entirely psychological, is in, if you have a dependancy. every two weeks is a mild vice. all the smokers i know start first thing in the morning and smoke 5-6 times a day. they need it to function. you are fine.

Unless you are using daily to the point that you're never really sober, you'll be fine.
