Rolling as in laying on top of it and bearing through the pain of your bodyweight as your muscles get crushed in a good way
Had really bad back pain anytime bending over or squatting down, rolled out where the lower back and glutes connect and it only took 1 time for all the pain to go away
99% of people do it wrong. You're supposed to engage your abs,lats and especially glutes as hard as possible. Your lower back should not move at all. Your dick should be touching the seat all the time
To add to that a lot of people lack the mobility to fill stretch their hamstrings all the way down because they have anterior pelvic tilt. I know it because I was one of them, stop when you feel your back moving
