I just joined a slightly serious bodybuilding/fitness gym. (Its like Alpha Gym in Houston) And the amount of gays that flock to the gym is unreal since It opened up last year. They always hang out in groups and speak spanish. I hate it.
You just tell them you won't pay the starting fee. They'll either reduce it or waive it completely. The six months 'gym fee' or whatever it was got me to quit. Plus there were so many people in there, I had to wait all the time. They sold to another company anyway. Much happier at an MMA gym that has training and weights.
>23 people taken to nearby hospital >6 with life altering injuries >investigator said a $2 gas cap at the pizza restaurant next door could have averted the explosion
There was speculation that the shop owner was bankrupt and it was an insurance fraud thing. Just imagine, you can never lift again because you barely survived some greedy buttholes scam scheme that he was too stupid to have occur late at night when no one would be around.
my first day at planet fitness was pretty good
they had some deal where it was only one bundred dolla to start and 40 a every moth after
so coming back to any gym after like 2.5 years was nice
however i learned quick that they dont have deadlift stations, because that was the very first lift i was going to hit.
lots of old people but generally it wasnt bad.
Your grandkids will ask you what LA Fitness was like and you'll have to talk about how you tried to build a physique doing bench press and pushups in your garage
I can't think of a bigger self-cuck than unpaid exercise for any other reason than to improve your breathing and circulation and make your life easier if you are a khhv sub 5
LA is the best around me. I generally work out at the house but every couple years I get tired of only barbell shit and want to do dumbbell and machine work so I go to LA for a while.
All the LA Fitnesses near me are absolute trash. High rates. Obnoxious music. Equipment is all badly maintained.
I switched to a YMCA membership since it was the same cost and the facility was a lot nicer. Also lets me work out at any YMCA in the country.
i bought the $45/month plan to go to any signature la fitness in the country
but i only go to one and haven't been to others
people from "out of town" come to my la fitness and mess it up
its sucks because the town is 80% yt but most people who go there have dark skin and are obnoxious
i work at la fitness, im a manager at one of their clubs.
you guys have no idea what it's like on the other side of those cubicles. sales obsession, i push my sales counselors to take as much money as possible from everyone who walks in.
my club's commission rankings are the highest in my region, and it's because people come in using our "free 3 day guest pass" system and i pretend like our club is at its "quota for the month" so I can flip it into a membership lmao.
everyone at la fitness is the same, it's literally a company full of used car salesmen. they're all so cringe too, our company culture is full of people calling each other "closers" like we're selling an exciting high ticket product, despite the fact that they are literal gym memberships.
but, the funniest part is what malicious people the customers we get are, they treat you like you're inhuman and somehow think i do this for minimum wage. little do they know i get 6 figures.
people will come in, and write terrible reviews because of the moronic liberal snowflakes they are, expecting "service" like entitled progressive pussies. going on about how we shouldnt act this way and should care about "mental health and wellness." and honestly frick them, i have 0 regrets 0 remorse
honestly what would work best on me is if you acted really nice and really overly reasonable, then pretended like you were afraid your card would get declined payment, unless the total was under a certain amount.
anchor it really low, then they'll come down closer to it, then whatever price that is is probably the lowest. from there pretend to shuffle some money around in your bank account before letting them charge it.
and tell them you'd even be willing to write them a nice review if they gave you a price you could afford
if we're talking sales tactics here, giving a range is a better psychological tact
ie: >oh I can only afford membership if it's in my budget range of "$low ball to $actual value you're willing to pay"
they'll be happy you're paying in the upper range of of your limit
Why does there seem to be such a steady pipeline of gymgoers who get hired as desk wagies, only last about 2-3 weeks, and then not only disappear from the desk but from the gym entirely?
LA Fitness is probably the scamiest of the gym chains. Very high prices, junk fees, hard to cancel, usually understaffed, dirty, all for no barbells and yet insanely crowded. If you're looking for a cheap supplementary gym it's hard to beat Planet Fitness, usually they are pretty clean and have passably equipment.
the way to go is buy a 20-30 buck membership to your local powerlifting/black iron gym and get a 10 buck per month PF membership for the 24/7 access.
Planet Fitness -absolute worst of the worst
LA Fitness -Okay but still see those colored undesirables from two towns over cause they wanna look middle class
Equinox -Top notch, hot women, expensive, and never busy(or so busy there's no available machine)
throwing fitness 19 in there as worst of the worst and minoritypilled. also >no 24 hour fitness
really? ive never had so many problems with people as i have at 24 hour fitness. one time a fricking parole Black person tried to get into a fight with me because i 'took his plates'. walmart tier trash.
the la fitness in my town had a twink who went around looking for buff dudes to frick
Sounds based. Thots absolutely seething at more competition
i hate how twinks now hangout near fitness circles.
That sounds like more of a "you" problem.
i dont want to see twinks after a workout. they literally flirt a lot
>the literally flirt a lot
you write like a 1st grader speaks. i don't mean this to be rude, i just found it funny
It's one more group who aren't mirin him.
look i lift to escape gay thoughts i dont need to a man offering to suck my dick and massage me

Isn't that every gym?
>$40 a month in membership
>$300 starting fee
The high admission is why its worth going
Keeps the undesirables out
You just tell them you won't pay the starting fee. They'll either reduce it or waive it completely. The six months 'gym fee' or whatever it was got me to quit. The la fitness in my city blew up. I’m not joking you can google it. Some dude had his legs blown apart.

I lift at home to avoid all of that
See, this is the problem with training for explosiveness.

LA is the best around me. I generally work out at the house but every couple years I get tired of only barbell shit and want to do dumbbell and machine work so I go to LA for a while.
Everything else by me is a joke.
Go to a locally owned old school bodybuilding gym with my wife. $20 a month each. 8 power rocks tons of benches every machine imaginable.
>tfw no power rocks at home to train with
>le fitness

How do I haggle.the lowest possible price
Don't give me what I can find on google

In case anyone thinks this is serious, LA is the worst

I have a YMCA membership...
$70 a month for a single man. why does the YMCA, which started as a place exclusively for young, single men, discriminate so hard against them?
gay men are one of the highest income demos in the us. sorry, boys only. no chuds allowed
weird. there isnt one within 50 miles of here and i live in a major urban area
Crunch fitness chad here bros.
CRUNCHOOOOOOOOO
i live within spitting distance of a la fitness and enjoyed going to it for the most part but have since become a home gym now.

>LA Fitness
more like LA Fatness
