    Afaik the cross culturally studied shoulder to waist ratio of good looking men was 1.65. Not too far off, but for some men more realistic. All it means is train shoulders, be lean, don't go too crazy on the legs at the expense of the rest if your #1 goal is chicks. Even the fraud IST poster that only trained shoulders got girls because of this.

    Reg park, the guy on the right since i know you don't know shit, had 28 inch quads.
    Squats were one of his favorite exercise and he was strong. He could front squat 405lbs and back squat 605lbs.

    I've always had a proportionally big lower body so I spam pullups and only do legs once every 2 weeks and it's probably still my strongest muscles. Will's body is so goofy looking tho, also bizarre how he tested himself and was 8% bf with barely visible abs or veins

    Men are all around stronger than women. Both should maximize their full-body potential. Legs progress faster and more dramatically than upper body and nobody should artificially limit that progress.

    Why? Mist I'd our day is spent on our legs. Our lower body and core is the power-center for full body strength. Even movements like punching start from the glutes. If you want to prioritize anything it should be your posterior chain and abs.
