Better dumbbells since those pieces of shit will stab the hell out of your legs trying to get them into position to bench. They're also a pain in the ass to adjust and the chrome will splinter off right into your fingers.
I have a pair of those dumbbells, they don't hurt my legs at all but yeah they do splinter. Ended up buying similar adjustable dumbbells but by bells of steel with 2 inch sleeves, zero problems.
I got 2 a few months ago and I have to say they are really nice even if its just for triceps extensions and lat pushdowns. I advice you to get 2, it helps with the weight now swining around. I tried with just one and its alright but 2 are better.
