>dead roider is laughing at you
lol
You'll be laughing too in a few decades, REMlet, but only because you'll have alzheimers and won't even know why you're laughing.
I used to do this after work and when it got too easy I started squating on a medicine ball
eventually I got to alternating pistol squat sets of 100 reps while on the medicine ball
I once did 1060 squats as a bet during a bbq party and I couldn't walk properly for next seven days. No way I am gonna do this shit again but if some of you morons want flood your body with a lactic acid while also doing inefficient work, go ahead.
>flood your body with a lactic acid
It's called lactate and it actually buffers fatigue, it isn't responsible for it.
You're right about everything else though, you'd have to be utterly moronic to do something like that outside of a drunken bet.
I'd like to think OP is just shitposting but there are people out there who unironically try to do shit like two hundred pushups a day so we know morons do exist.
>t. fightlet no train
Every serious striker does massive amounts of push ups and sit ups, I used to do 200-500 push ups and 1000 sit ups a day every day as just my daily workout, and that didn’t include any work my coach made me do at the gym. Literally zero problems from the push ups, strikes were fast and crisp. I haven’t been training to fight for like 2 years (past 35 years old now, so no point) and started lifting more, now I’m slower and less crisp on the bag when I do bag work.
You probably don’t even cardio.
But yeah, I wouldn’t do OPs challenge without having built up to it, and it probably wouldn’t benefit. It would be better doing 30x5 or something to start and then slowly adding over a period of months if you really wanted to hit 1k squats like that.
Gotch bible saved my gainz during the coof era
Of course i had to replace pushups with pullups, and squats with walking lunges to balance the routine out
Heart - hindu pushups
Diamonds - pullups
Spades - walking lunges
Clubs - hindu squats
Double the reps if i pick a card less than 10
okay lets start them riiiiiiight now
yay lets gooo
I like jogging better
>lets all just activate our sympathetic nervous system right before we go to bed
Great idea, sleeplet.
>muh nighttime pumps are le bad
rich piano is laughing at you
Rich Piana is dead in his early 40s. He was a funny man, maybe even respectable, but not smart.
