I've been trying to fix my shitty lipids and half of my daily fat intake is just fish oil, no idea if it'll work but I hope so >methods to look taller
I only buy sneakers whose sole reaches a certain length. There are a few looksmaxxing sites that measure them, look it up. I am 6'0 naturally but I say I'm 6'1. Probably never gonna shoelifts though, I just don't see the point. >makeup

shit, no more I guess, back to mastic
you'll look over-primped. just get tweezers are clean up the obviously loose hairs.
skin:
i have naturally great skin so i just use a cleanser, moisturizer and BHA exfoliant. probably in a few years i'll add tretinoin or maybe something a bit weaker. probably dysport as well.
work out:
right now i just lift every other day, $$$maxing right now so i've been more focused on maintaining than anything else.
diet strategies:
right now i just avoid added sugar, incredibly processed foods (don't have an actual determination for what makes something incredibly sorry autistbros, i just use common sense.) near no liquid calories. i've eliminated gluten before and noticed better focus but right now i just try and not go too crazy (having pasta and other breads as a food option makes life way easier)
methods to look taller:
i'm 6'3 but i've considered wearing shoe lifts anyway. chelsea boots and air maxes are great too.
cosmetic and make up strats:
i just stay groomed and hygienic. a lot of guys could benefit from darkening their eyebrows though. i also used to eat a lot of tomato sauced pasta for dat carotenoid tan.
also probably the best thing any man can do bang for buck wise is getting their teeth cleaned and whitened.
i have 3 big things i want to do that i can't right now:
1) orthodontics
2) loose skin removal
3) hair transplant (i have a norwood 2, my plan is to have a transplant and go on finasteride around the time i hop on sterons)
Bros I'm developing a monobrow, how can I shave it off without looking too groomed? Maybe I could ask my hairdresser, although may be a bit embarassing since she's a family friend who does it for free.
Pluck it, you can shave it but it grows back far faster. Get tweezers and pull all the hairs out. Get a youtube video on how to do male eyebrow grooming, it's extremely easy and makes you a lot more attractive. Doubly so if you have a monobrow
Btw, don't be embarrassed asking your hairdresser. It's her fricking job.

Thanks for the good skin, dad

Is microblading my eyebrws worth it? I stated filing my nails and now I kind o want to get a full pampering
I prefer the before look. Hate how women all have these fake eyebrows now.
Not worth. As a man no one cares about your eyebrows.
somethings fricky here. how do the eyebrows looks fuller after when there was nothing to work with before?
Anon that's literally what microblading is for.
How long does it last? I wouldn’t want to go more than every 6 months or something

This immediately takes a man out of the ‘good looking’ territory and into the ‘narcissist uncanny valley’ territory
Are you gay anon? You just need to trim if they get unruly not look like a frickin gay

Anyone ever get their nails done? I'm thinking about going in for a manicure at one of those Vietnamese run places.
