one hand as long as you're not the gym boomer that grabs a weight he can't handle, leans on the dumbbell rack and starts half-repping it. T-bar and landmines are legit too.
>the gym boomer that grabs a weight he can't handle, leans on the dumbbell rack and starts half-repping it.
lmao I know that guy too!
speaking of gym boomers, the other week I was trying to use the plate loaded lat pulldown machine, and there were at least three (3) bald TRT boomers in sleeveless shirts who used the machine, one after another (they weren't lifting together), for probably a combined 45 minutes. one of them was actually supersetting with a one armed dumbbell row too. it was pretty surreal though, seeing three different guys with the same bald TRT/roidjacked boomer phenotype occupying this one machine
chest supported Rows cause I pretend the bench is a beautiful woman and that I'm thrusting my wiener through her so violently it blows out her butthole
One arm rows all day long. Excellent lat, trap and forearm builder. The stretch is immaculate and you can also cheap the reps for a more favorable strength curve.
I think this row is so effective that it replaces all vertical pulls for lats.
>Straps or no Straps.
Straps for sure - your back muscles are (should be) a lot bigger and stronger than your hands and forearms. If you want to train grip, do dead hangs and farmer walks; if you want to train your back, use straps and go heavy.
Both are fine. Other is bilateral and one is unilateral movement. Neither causes any back problems unless you start doing "heavy cheat reps" jerking db like homosexual.
a lot easier to avoid cheating with momentum on the first one, so I will assume anyone who says the second is a cheater who doesn't want to come to terms with the fact that he can't actually do the weight he thinks he is doing
2 obviously, but requires actual good control and technique. 1 wins on time efficiency and is just as good as how 90% of people use 2, so for the average person who doesn't wanna be at the gym all day, 1. 2 if you know your shit and have time to burn
>torn bicep any% speedeun
lmao at DYEL pajeets here if you don't row you have no back
Post back (and biceps)
1 for the main lift, 2 to finish the job

Chest supported is autistic and terrible, case in point
ENTER
How do you even get in position for that?
>put plate on your abdomen
>put your feet on the bench and grab the bar
>start rowing
Oh I didn't think of that thanks bro
I've never seen anyone doing this. What's even the name of this? Decline loaded inverted tow?

More important question is:
Straps or no Straps.
The frick are straps?
Sexy traps = men who look like women

Why is there any debate over this? Just use the rowing machine wtf

🙁
1 hand with both feet on ground
both those look awful, I'll stick to cable rows.
