When it comes to the dangers of slop, how much of the peril derives from:
1. The sheer caloric intake from a single meal
2. Certain additives, oils, or other ingredients that make it worse than a similar meal
3. The convenience of being able to have it any time you want with very little effort (no cooking or preparation to deter someone from coming back again and again)

      I am israeli and I have seen lots of things in the ingredients of kosher food that I wasn't happy about. huge amounts of foods are kosher these days (marked usually with a K or some other symbol. look it up!) You should never assume anything is automatically good or automatically bad just because it's kosher, or not kosher. ALWAYS READ THE INGREDIENTS ON EVERYTHING.

          You could always learn how to make them at home. The whole point of the matzo is that the israeli people were running away in the desert and couldn't waste time letting the bread rise, so they cooked it flat however and whatever they could do to keep rushing and moving and wandering. Basically, matzo is the EASY version they were forced to make. So with proper practice and lots of caution and safety precautions and tons of research, some people could possibly figure out how to make it with a normal oven in 2022. basically just water and whole wheat flour. doesn't have to be square. They didn't have time to make it a perfect square back then.

    Are those dry seasoned wings? My wife made me chicken wings in the air fryer and hit them with the dry rub Buffalo seasoning from BWs and they were good. Just as good as real wings as far as I can remember.

    It's the lack of nutrients plus the shear calories. You could probably be okay if you just ate a little amount of slop that's still under your calorie needs and took a multivitamin regularly. It's not made of lead or anything.
