how do you deal with low sex drive? I'm 33 and it has been getting worse for a year or two now
it's not test levels, I had that checked and it's upper end of normal range
I don't take any roids but I do exercise regularly
Just had health issues past few years and very depressed etc
what do?

            If you're living a regular life - working, exercising, eating okay and not jerking it every day and you're still blanking, something else internal might be off. Mineral or vitamin deficiencies, thyroid or prostate issues, go to a good urologist and explain it all.

              well, I'm not living a regular life. like I said I've had health problems, including urinary issues for around 4 years now and pretty crazy anxiety and depression. I'm still trying to get better. but my bloodwork is all good, in fact in some cases apparently excellent. and my test and minerals etc are fine as of last week. My sex drive stayed high in the first 2 years roughly of being ill so it's hard for me to blame it on that. idk

    my libido absolutely fricking died during late 2019 along with any sense of joy or wellbeing and there's absolutely nothing I can do to bring it back
    we're talking fricking MONTHS in between as much as a dick tingle
    coincidentally I usually have a hard time passing stools but two notable times when my libido returned in any form was 1) a christmas break when i ate insanely spicy thai food and woke up having to shit lava like 4 times in 3 hours and 2) going to greece and eating some sort of vegetable soup (???) and shitting a cubic frickload of sludge. I think there might be something to it but my stomach is weird enough that I can't replicate either scatological feat. I also can't tolerate any caffeine, I mean I drink two cans of coke and start feeling bad, shit's fricked up and I could drink up to a liter at once and feel nothing except euphoria .

      Your gut's bacteria is absolutely fricked up. Start probiotics from pills/powders/liquids and from fermented vegetables and homemade kefir/yogurt. The status of your intestinal balance is unbelievably important to every other aspect of your overall condition, even mental.

        very possible, though I tried eating a packet of l reuteri from biogaia (even made yoghurt but most batches failed + it's not even possible to make l reuteri yoghurt, they're not viable enough to outcompete the other species) and it didn't really do anything. Any recommendations of specific products? We have a lot of fermented milk products here in sweden, so I might be able to replace kefir with like, filmjölk or store bought non pasteurized kefir.

          Ferment your own vegetables - cabbage, carrots, cauli, garlic, beets. Literally all you need is clean water + sea salt for 2-3 weeks. For the raw milk, there should be kefir yeast or sponge sold online or in hippie stores.

                If it really hasnt been boiled and pasteurized itll be alright and eating some regularly will improve your guts. Ive been suffering the curse of ulcerative colitis for 4 years now, litetally shitposting while dripping blood out of ass. If the gut bacteria isn't right, it will frick your mind, behavior and motivation to do anything whatsoever. Probio has been somewhat helpful to my minor asscancer, so it should be even more so for fellas with lesser issues

              That's normal, reuteri is not a yogurt making strain, the curds and whey is caused by the l. reuteri fermenting the milk in it's own way and growing exponentially in numbers in the medium.

        not my diet exactly, something more consistent. I'm eating the same stuff I used to eat for a decade and there's a night and day difference. I took a lot of vitamins/liver during 2019/2020 which really fricked me up, but it's way past the point of still having vitamin poisioning
