LIFE HACKS 101

I had a revelation when it comes to pizza. When you were a fatass you could eat an entire pizza no problem and you still might be hungry after that. Once you are lean you can eat 3-4 slices and you are completely full. And fasting is the pretty much the only thing that can hit the reset button on your stomach. After fasting a few times I was still fat, but completely full from a little bit of food. Eventually getting full from smaller portions helped me get lean.

      3-5 days, I only did 5 days a few times, but I did the 3 days pretty much every week for a few months

          I did lose a lot, but considering I was walking/running a shit load at the same time, and eating relatively clean, a good bit of the muscle transferred from upper to lower body. Generally moving around feels easier.

          Contrary to what people believe you don't lose a ton of muscle when fasting. Largely only have to worry about muscle loss when fasting if you are already relatively lean. Think Connor Murphy. Fatties aren't going to lose muscle as they have large reserves to work off of. The body doesn't simply sacrifice muscle at the same rate as fats. Fat exists for times of famine and in time of famine you need to be strong to go run and catch food.

          I will tell you my technique since you seem to be worthy. I fill a water bottle with fasting salts and water, then I lean back in my recliner while I'm chilling and slowly drip that shit into my mouth.

      Just live on beans, veggies rice and potatoes, dairy etc.

        Sure but if you also want to maintain your aesthetics beyond bf% it makes sense to add nourishing foods as well, and that's where it can get trickier if you lack self control

    you're better off just at a 500 calorie deficit every day which is completely manageable and not hard at all.

      Have self control. I do omad and just eat a ton of meat and protein, when I do track it, it's almost always 1100-1500 cals and I'm absolutely stuffed afterwards for the rest of the night. If I did longer fasts I'd just eat more meat.
